*** Despite said recent problems, overall the park was nice and management was otherwise very kind & friendly. We would return in the future if the occasion arose. *** Stayed here a year, recently left a 100% factual negative review, especially the recent raise in rent and rash of break ins/theft. The park knows that a resident is doing the break ins, yet do nothing about it. Last week, after just having spinal surgery, management knocked on my door and summoned me to the office, where I was berated, threatened and bullied into removing my factual negative review, or I would be evicted. Last night my husband was harassed by management "tell your wife to remove the factual review or you will be evicted." He was also told that the male owner came from Arizona specifically to speak to me, but I "chickened out" and ran away. This is not true, I was never told any such thing, this event never happened. I previously spoke in person with the female owner, I would have happily spoken to the male owner. This is one of the many reasons, in addition to the extravagantly high prices, that there are currently 83 open spots in the park. You do not treat your client base and the people that bring $$$ to the park like this. Fix said problems, don't deflect onto previous owners, just fix it. Needless to say we are no longer at Cedar Grove after everything.
We were here for 5months and couldn't be happier with our stay and we were sad to go! The staff can't be beat super friendly and helpful!! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
Stayed here for about 2 months. Very family friendly. People at the front desk are very nice. My daughter enjoyed our walks around the park. One of my favorite RV parks. Will stay again.
Not sure why they’re being flooded w bots. This is an awesome place to stay. The grounds are kept super well maintained and the faculties are all new. Even the employees are very nice.
Been at this park over 4 years, there isn’t enough words to express how amazing, helpful, resourceful every single staff member is, how clean this park is, being here as long as I have been I have so much pride when I have visitors because they are blown away with this park, we have been here so long because there isn’t another park that has such a welcoming and homey environment. Ignore the 1 star reviews that’s literally someone with to much time on their hands.
Was a little worried the 1st night when a fight broke out between two men screaming at each other but during our 4 days here that was the only time. Office staff stated some people can't hold their liquor, hmmm. It's very clean with the exception people don't pick up after their dogs and after 9 pm you don't see a soul after the 1st night, Sunday. From what I can tell its mostly local workers. If your looking for friendly neighbors to say hey, this isn't the park. The fire station is close by so you hear sirens throughout the night, Families of the workers so lots of kids running around. the WIFI doesn't extend to the back part of the park, we were only able to get one bar. The lots are a good size but not great. little too close for me but maybe I'm spoiled. It was too cold to check out the pool or the awesome dog washing area. Gated and I felt safe, a good place to stay for a few days or a long time if you want to keep to yourself. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Very clean rec room, laundry room etc. Gave it 3 stars not because I thought it was bad but because it's natural. If you found this review helpful please give us a thumbs up!
We love this place. Great location. The staff is super friendly. Clean bathrooms and showers. We couldn’t ask for anything else. We’ll definitely be returning
Wonderful staff. Very clean facilities, Mail delivery in office, Onsite laundry, Shower and restroom, Two entrances, After hours packets for late arrivals. Rec center has: Coffee, popcorn sometimes, dinner table, microwave, full fridge, workout area, pool table, and cozy seating. Located directly behind an elementary school with bus pick up.
Great park. Nice pond and gym. Stayed here a couple nights a little bit ago while I was in Houston.
This is a very large park, with lots of full time folks. Traffic is very busy at times. Very nice park, laid out well, nice office, bathrooms, laundry room, pool and hot tub.
