Very pleased with my experience shopping & working with Shelly at Cedar Hill. It had been a long time since I had shopped for furniture & Shelly was so helpful with ideas & suggestions of what I may like & what would look good together. She was very patient & spent lots of quality time with me over several visits I made there, allowing me to change my mind several times. The furniture I have received so far, I just love, & is very nice quality. I would definitely recommend Cedar Hill to anyone looking for great furniture & a big selection.
I went in with one idea and left after 3days in and out over and overwith another whole idea. I had great help from Shelley! She guided me, based on what I was telling her about my likes and needs for the space I was filling. Shelley was obviously knowledgeable, but didn’t push me. No. She listened and offered ideas based on what I was saying. And the next day, I showed up with another whole idea and we started all over. She assisted me, and that’s very much appreciated.I’m someone who appreciates honesty and Shelley has years of experience in decorating a room; so I wanted her to be honest- tell me if this idea or that, or this color combo or that wouldn’t work. And she did. I’m appreciative of her support and encouragement!! I’m pretty sure I ordered the furniture that will help turn this room around. Every associate I noticed seemed genuinely welcoming and very informative. I’ll be going back to this store in the near future.
I purchased a couch and love seat here at the Springfield location a couple a months a go. When it was time to make a payment I called the store and asked if I could make a payment in the store. They said I could. After driving 40 minutes to get over there to this location. They told me since it was financed with Wells Fargo. payments had to be made on line.
This is a wonderful furniture store! The staff was exceptionally helpful in selecting our purchase. Alivia and Alisha were especially helpful! The showroom is sparkling with many beautiful styles and products. We look forward to shopping here in the future!
We visited a few weeks ago and looked at mattresses, felt no pressure, product and warranty were explained. We let Rian know we were looking only and were going to compare with other stores. He gladly invited us to do so and let him know if we needed his help when we came to a decision. We did just that, returned today to find the same courteous and friendly staff. Rian Sullivan was there again and recognized us. Made quick work of getting us loaded and on our way. Thanks for the great service. English speaking, locally owned, built in America products! 5 stars ..... Highly recommend visiting for any quality furniture needs.....
We went in planning on just looking today but ended up loving a sectional and bringing it home the same day! We felt zero pressure to buy but we knew it was what we wanted, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Cedar Hill Furniture!
Selection was FANTASTIC, place was orderly and clean, bathrooms always kept clean, staff are friendly and helpful, Rian the owner was great in helping me find the perfect sectional for my house. I 100% recommend shopping at Cedar Hill furniture for ALL of your furniture needs and wants!
Excellent quality. Large selection. I found exactly what I was looking for. I want to add that they don't take your old furniture. I was given an apparently expired list of charities who would take my old couch. They were either out of business or not taking furniture. I had to pay a LOT to have my old couch taken away. If I had it to do over, I'd probably shop elsewhere. Very inconvenient.
Love going to Cedar Hill. You get to take your time to look and tryout the furniture without someone constantly trying to sell you each piece you look at. The quality of the furniture is amazing with the top American made brands. The prices will save you so money as well especially if you hit one of their holiday sales. Their salespeople are very polite and knowledgeable.
LOVE Cedar Hill Furniture!! They have the biggest showroom with a diverse collection of furniture, you can’t go wrong. The staff is friendly and the owners are on site, everyone is kind and helpful and ready to help you find exactly what it is you’re looking for. If you’re in the Springfield area or Huber/Dayton and you’re looking for furniture, make this your first stop! You won’t be disappointed!
