I went there at about 11:50 am today. The lady at the counter was super nice and welcoming. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a gas station.

Very bad experience today. I went this Gas station first time between 1:05 pm to 1:25 today..13th feb. 2023 I asked for how to play loto lottery from one girl who was near to lottery stall. I filled that lottery ticket as she guide me. When i went to main counter then other girl was there. She said you filled wrong lottery ticket. And she had very wrong attitude and ego. I don’t know why? I said ok then can you please guide me for the lottery ticket? Because It was my first time to play lottery ticket. I said I want big jackpot. As she main counter girl guide then i fill gaint lottery ticket. After that she didn’t tell me anything that I filled lottery ticket for big jackpot is that right or wrong. She just printed the ticket and she said $25. I was shocked. I said its $10 cost only for big jackpot. Then she said you filled 5 columns. Its wrong. I said I asked for big jackpot. At least before print the ticket you should tell the customer. I was very disappointed. I request to the owner of this gas station. Please give the well training to your employees. And tell to your employee give the complete guidance if someone doesn’t has knowledge. And The message for the main counter girl. You should always welcome your customer with happy face not with Ego and bad attitude. Mr. Owner! I am sorry. I’ll naver come back at your gas station. Thank you.

customer service is very good. a boy who’s name was isher really helpful to us.

let me start by saying there are 5 gas stations on my way to work, I will never go to this one again! today march 16th 2022 the girl that was working had the worst response and attitude ever!! first I had to tell her the the price for gas on the sign didn't match the pumps, she fixed it, then I went to get a coffee, I asked for sweetener, she said no we don't have any, I said what about if i was a diabetic, with a condescending smile said no we don't give sweetener!!! this location has a store, she could have easily got a box of sweetener out!!?? that's OK like I said there are 4 other gas stations that are going to be getting my business from now on!. the Manager is not running a very good station if that's their policy!

This is a good gas station the staff are friendly and amazing to deal with. On the other hand in the mornings the sandwiches and premade food are usually not in stock. As a mom and a construction worker/ Flagger I sometimes rely on the sandwiches and premade food for lunches. It would be great to see that maybe be fixed.

Bad experience cashier very rude and unfriendly could not speak English could not help will never go to that station till they replace her. Food in her mouth chewing while she was talking. No manners at all. Does not know the difference between premium gas and diesel and was suggesting to put diesel in my Lexus which takes premium if there is zero stars I would give a zero

very bad service from a "manager" she was rude and unfriendly when I was filing up my tank.. I paid for $15 gas and when I got home I noticed that I was charged for $100 dollar gas that I didn't get.. I called the store and the manager answered, she was even more rude over the phone and not letting me talk and over riding me. that has been the worst service I've ever gotten. I would never go back to this location ever!!! the manager should be replace! I am so going to call the chevron head office and the owner of the location!

Me and my friend went to gas station inside to but lottery ticket on 18 december 2020 around 7:20 pm. The cashier on the counter behave very badly and talked very rudely with me.

Please do not employ someone who cannot speak or understand english for the night shift as its extremely frustrating trying to explain what a minute maid orange juice is. Theres been multiple occasions where theres been a huge language barrier at night time and it also causes a huge line up for other customers paying for gas or late night snacks. 2 stars for daytime staff, other then that this place is horribly managed.

Cashier on the gas station dealt very bad with me it seems like she doesn't know how to behave with customer and her way of talking and attitude was worst. I went there on 18 December 2020 in evening.
