Cedar Park Mobile Estates

I have lived in this community for seven years. The people are nice and the park is clean. The maintenance keeps the park maintained. The manager is so helpful to me because I had back surgery and have cancer. She brought my groceries to me in the freezing cold when they delivered them to the wrong house. She brings my packages inside for me and the staff picks up my rent. Mary always makes time to talk to me. I don't know how I would of managed to live alone without their help. I can't thank them enough. It's a great place to live.

I was trying to visit a friend and ended up getting lost. Jennifer saw me a few times in the park and asked if I needed help. She was very kind in guiding me to my destination. In my lost adventure I did see that the park was clean and well kept.

office staff is super nice and helpful and its not super loud and obnoxious all the time around the park its a well kept area and a decent size park. theres a playground for children and its laid back

It is a good place to live it is a quiet, quiet place, they have a washing machine and dryer system in case our dryers and washing machines break down they have a new children's play area it is a place cleaned the neighbors very friendly and generous the office equipment as well as the maintenance very responsible, friendly and above all we have a space for our private meetings or parties.

Jennifer Mary and Stephen are the best office/maintenence staff They are always for friendly and understanding with issues I have. Everyone needs staff like them :

Visited the park recently and Jenn was cleaning up the park area and it looked fantastic.

I was visiting a friend, the park looks clean and professional. I can't respond to actual interaction with park staff....

This is one of the best places i ever live it's nice place I consider i live in inside the city theirs no way to stop people from living their lifes if i was a picky person about noises i would just moved to a country place where theirs no body to bothered me at all I love this place it's safe for the kids and neighbors it my opinion please don't take it personal Staff very kindly and thank you for the change s you have done on the streets

My grandma lives here. Pretty quiet and very clean mobile home park. A lot of Hispanic live here now and they park in the street and in their yards which makes it kinda hard to get through the streets in the trailer park though. Besides that small issue my grandma likes living there.

It would be a good place if they allowed inside pets that stay inside. I really wanted to rent one because I grew up in a mobile home but I have a dog that is house broke stays inside wouldn't bite a anyone unless they was trying to hurt me or my brother and. Only go's out 5 minutes at a time to do her business. They sould really change there pet policy and just charge a pet deposit. No outside pet's is understandable but inside pets should be allowed! Just my opinion.
