I recently moved to the Tuttle area and decided to use a small town pharmacy. I chose this one because of convenience and location. I have always used a small pharmacy before in the past, and had never received anything more than great customer service.. It seems like every time I dealt with this place it was a frustration. I would call in my medication‘s in the morning and then either I or my husband we go to pick them up and they would still not be ready. We would always have to wait for them to fill them while we were standing in line and if there was a problem filling the prescription, they would not call they would wait for us to come up there Or wait for us to call The last straw was when I was prescribed a new medication. I had it called it in on Monday to the pharmacy. It took until Wednesday for them to run it and figure out that it was going to cost them $30 for them to fill it for me. Instead of calling me, they waited for me to call the next day to make sure I could pick it up and was told that he would lose $30 on the medication so that wasn’t a very good business decision. he told me I would have to find another pharmacy to fill it. When I did, they faxed over a request that same day to Cedar Springs. The next day, my husband went to f pick up the medication‘s at the new pharmacy and was informed that Cedar Springs had not responded to their fax but they would call them. I called Cedar Springs myself and he said he had not had time to do it yet. And he had only received the request today. I let him know that CVS faxed it over yesterday. That’s when he told me that his fax doesn’t work very well. I’ll let Kentknow. My husband was waiting at the CVS for him to finally sent over the prescription so I could get it filled. it sounds like this business has a lot of problems and poor customer service. Wal-mart is better at customer service!
Good local pharmacy with lots of cute gifts
I used this pharmacy for the first time yesterday. The pharmacist went above and beyond to fill a script for me last minute 15 minutes before closing. The big chain pharmacy I usually use was out of the medication my doctor had called in for my son; they didn't bother to tell me until I showed up to pick it up. The staff was very courteous and they seemed to know everyone who walked in the door. Highly recommend this place!
Been using their services for several years & never had one complaint. Privately owned, great service, competitive prices, friendly, great gift shop and wonderful experience overall whether it's your first time or 100th time being there. Kudos to Cedar Springs Pharmacy!!!
Just moved to town a few months ago.Love not using a big chain pharmacy anymore. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
No privacy in small space with other customers and pharmacist openly wants to discuss medical conditions in front of others. Pharmacist can easily call and verify a valid prescription instead of asking silly questions. Least professional pharmacist I’ve encountered.
Our hometown pharmacy is a wonderful place to get prescriptions filled, pick up a gift, home decor or a gourmet food item! Friendly and fast service!
Love this pharmacy. Kent and the people who work there are great. Highly recommend.
