Great little place for small plates to share and good craft cocktails. They make a great Bourbon Manhattan and Espresso Martini. We sat at the bar, had to wait 20mins on a Saturday for seats to open. Food was delicious.Food: 5/5
Absolutely loved this place. They have a delicious and interesting menu, as well as a great intimate and low key elegant atmosphere, not to forget that the staff was super courteous and helpful. I will definitely visit again when in the area. Parking: The parking is in the back of the building and not obvious from the street view.
Could have used just one more scallop on my small plate. But the waitress warned me ahead of time, food was great!Food: 4/5
One of the best places to go for a date night. A big thanks to Pat and the waiting staff for a very enjoyable night out. The food and cocktails were made to perfection. Genuinely cannot come up with a single gripe. The prices are *very* reasonable considering the quality and attention to detail from every aspect of the dinning experience.
This was our first time visiting. The food was colorful and fresh. The strawberry succulent cocktail was refreshing and the beer icy cold. We had a very good waiter who was very friendly. Thanks Will the experience was wonderful. AC was good too during this heat wave. We would definitely come back.
Just WOW! Food, service, atmosphere, our server/bartender! All incredible! Can't wait to get back there!Food: 5/5
We went as a party of three, parking is very limited, it was kinda a hassle. The service though was very nice and attentive. bathroom was nice, did have a overflowing trashcan. We had the squeaky fries, Hummus platter, fried pickles, house mac and cheese, fried chicken on a bed of mash potatoes and greens and a steak and fries. The winner was the fried pickles out of apps and small plates. Squeaky fries were just ok. The hummus was very sweet. The entries were interesting, The steak had great flavor but overcooked, Mac and cheese was acceptable but nothing special. Fried Chicken had great flavor but wasn't consistent. The mashed and greens were very good. One of the pieces of chicken was overcooked but one of the pieces was juicy. The desserts were both good. I do recommend trying the place, though, for atmosphere.
The food may seem pricey but it's definitely worth the money. Great tasting meals. Very unique plates. The service is always great specifically Sarah P who always has a great attitude and is an amazing server. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice intimate dinner in a cozy and romantic setting.Recommended dishesSalads, Creme Brulee GF
Haven’t been in a couple years but todays lunch was phenomenal. Sarah was a terrific server. We had the fried goat cheese, lamb chorizo meatballs, pesto shrimp, and sea scallops. Amazing food across the board and great presentation. Good sized servings for splitting 4 plates. Just a fantastic meal.Food: 5/5
My recent visit to Cedar Street Grille left much to be desired. Our waitress's service Sarah was subpar and overshadowed any positives of the evening. From the start, we encountered issues – the waitress seemed more interested in pushing drinks than addressing our initial questions about the appetizers. She actually said, let's get drinks before I answer your questions! The mussels were a major letdown, being the size of peas! Adding to the frustration was the exorbitant cost of bread, priced at $4 per serving. Our request for additional bread to enjoy the mussels' broth could have been better handled, arriving 20 minutes later when the mussels had already gone cold. We faced resistance when asked for the bread to be removed from the bill. Even the suggested famous fried chicken dish fell short when my sister's boyfriend's customization request was ignored, and the server's dismissive response only exacerbated the situation. My sister suggested ONE complimentary glass of wine to remedy the situation, but to our dismay, we were charged for that class on the final bill. When we raised this issue, the server's attitude turned argumentative before reluctantly rectifying the billing error. We were disappointed not only in the quality of the experience but also in the server's lack of service. We were in the bar area, and she became invisible after mistakes working at the bar, and we dealt with multiple other staff. It's disheartening to have had such a negative encounter, especially considering I had spoken highly of this place to my family. Regrettably, I won't be returning to Cedar Street Grille based on this experience.
