What a pristine campground! My husband and I are impressed with the cleanliness and condition of these facilities. The sites all have trees either next to them or nearby and they feel comfortable and not crowded. The bathrooms have showers in them as well so as a van camper, we appreciate that privacy. Their off-season rate is SUPER reasonable too so that helps the travel experience a lot, too! Now that we know this is here, we will definitely be back again. This is one of the cozies KOAs that we have visited.
Very nice KOA! We came to visit my parents, who were camping there. The bathrooms were really nice and clean and there was so much for kids to do. It was also really close to Lebanon, which is a lovely town with some cool things to do. Highly recommend!
We are truck drivers and drive a straight truck and we were welcomed with open arms. I asked to be park by laundry and they were able to get us right across from that and showers. They have great wifi, wonderful hot showers and clean park. The plus door dash delivers here. Can’t wait to come back.
We just pulled in. Our 6 year old granddaughter is having brain surgery tomorrow and her little brothers are getting dropped off to us at 4 AM. The family is coming down tonight to just have a little camp out before a really long couple of weeks. When the staff found out why we are here, they upgraded us to a beautiful lot with plenty of room for the kids to run and play and for all of us to spread out a bit. The lady at the office even said that since they aren’t busy, we can take whatever time we need getting up and going in the morning. I’m in tears with how kind this staff is. They escorted us to our site and said they’d be more than happy to help with anything we needed. We plan to write directly to KOA corporate because of how we’re being treated, and we will absolutely be back again.
My wife and I spent one night here on 10/19/22. We both agree this was one of the best KOA's we have stayed at! When I made the reservation the staff person I spoke with was able to get us in close proximity of the newly built bathrooms since our travel trailer does not have one. The bathrooms we so clean we both felt awkward taking a shower in them! Our site 51 was very level, we did not even have to unhook. Lebanon is a quaint town, we hope to spend some more time in the area soon.
A great & friendly stop over on our way down south! We arrived late & in the dark. Office was closed but KOA attendant who lives on the premises saw us struggling in the dark to locate our campsite #504, & came to our rescue & led us to our spot. One million thanks to this wonderful lady! We will be back for sure!Rooms: 5/5
Flat out the BEST Koa we have stayed at overnight. Pulled in on Labor Day and the grounds,restrooms/showers were very clean. The office staff was top notch. I wish we could give 6 stars
As a KOA, and the cost and amenities that i have come expect with that name brand, i am very disappointed in this location. If you have a dog, expect to be walking on egg shells if they arent quiet 100% of the time. Expect to have a staff member tell you to shut your dog up in front of your children. K9 Kamp had only one gate instead of the 2 that all dog parks ive been to before have. Dogs cant bark but seasonal campers can blare their music that is inappropriate for the family atmosphere that they advertise. Some seasonal campers have been there so long they have flat tires and algae growing on them. I did receive an apology for the staff members actions from a manager, however got dirty looks and ZERO help from the staff member the rest of my family's 4 day weekend. Coaching staff members on how to talk to guests will be needed in order for my family to return to this KOA. KOA member since 2008 and wouldnt recommend this location to any of my friends or family.
This is a very nice camp ground for people with rvs and for those that want to go glamping and rent a tiny cabin. You can order ice and wood to be delivered to your site. I didnt try the showers at the shower house but others in our grp did and said they were nice. They have a playground for kids and a doggy playground.
This was my first time staying at a KOA. I have to say, I was not impressed. A lot of mud. It could just be the time of the year, but there did not appear to be a lot of grassy areas. A lot of permanent RVers and it shows. Some parked on the side of the road. One RVer had three cars, one appeared to be broke down. I thought I read somewhere that was against the rules. You must pay extra to pick your own site, I didn’t. I have a 22 ft RV and they stuck me on a tiny site that barely worked. Yet I paid the same price as campers with a 10 ft longer RV. The wi-fi kept dropping out, so I gave up and went with my hot-spot. This location is 40 minutes from Cincinnati, so it appears they include that in their name to get more business. To finish on a good note, the shower and bathrooms are very nice. I felt like I was staying in a run down trailer park than a recreational RV park. I do not recommend.
