Cedarridge Mini-Storage

I cannot disagree more with the gentleman complaining about Mike's rudeness. Clearly by the man spelling he's probably given Mike a few reasons for rude responses. Cedar Ridge storage has been nothing but kind to me. The 9pm daily time curfew is proper and lenient if anything. Prevents sleep overs and people living in a unit like a few other facilities in town. Mike constantly makes his rounds making up for the absence of whatever security some say they lack. Moreover, us clients holding accounts keep an eye out for trouble after hours. Mike has helped me out countless times by looking over a late fee or two and always smiling when we exchange words. Personally, I couldn't recommend a better place in the Springfield area. At the going rate its quite a bargain once one shops around. Keep up the good work Cedar ridge storage. Its noticed and appreciated. Thanks for your hard work and dedication.

This place is a JOKE. There units have rats in them. I just moved my stuff out and couldn’t even put my stuff in my new home because there was rat poop on EVERYTHING. How disgusting and bad for your health! The people are always rude, the prices are way over done for bad part of town, bad service, and AWFUL units. Don’t go here, it’s not worth your money.

This guy is lucky to get one star. Do not due business with Mike here. Rudest individual i have ever meet.
