CEDCO / Small Business Finance Corp is a non-profit Certified Development Company (CDC) offering financing for major fixed assets through the SBA 504 loan program.
504 loans offer a borrower an opportunity to secure up to 90% financing for their small business. Loan proceeds can be used for land and building purchases, property and building improvements, construction of new facilities, or modernizing, renovating, or converting existing facilities. Long-term machinery and equipment can also be purchased with a 504 loan.
