I today is the first time in two months that I I have been to this gas station because they have the unfriendliest staff extremely rude ..absolutely hate this gas station. They refuse to take LA wallet, but they want my ID every time I purchase cigarettes. …. I am literally here every single day and my boyfriend who is five years younger than I am never gets carded at all. And they don’t card for lottery, which makes no sense. I can literally ask for lottery is your hand it to me, but won’t hear me a pack of cigarettes. I completely understand that the employees are just doing their job, but if they are going to be so strict in following the rules, they should follow all of the rules card everyone and make sure their ID for lottery. I work in alcohol service, so I get it when it comes to you having to Card but when you see me every day And I randomly one time don’t have my ID I mean you could let it slide… igave them a fair shot at redemption today and now I will never return to this gas station. 20 thumbs down.
Who ever owns this CEFCO location is loosing a lot of business being closed. I know the roads are bad here in LA. We have been sitting here since last night along with other Semi truck drivers. This location has power and is fully stocked but it's closed. So many people have come here for food and supplies and can't get anything. You could be making money but your closed.
Doesn't accept LaWALLET? Was told "take it up with corporate" very unprofessional and upon walking in the door you can hear the guy and the lady talking about someone it was about 6pm. Very bad for business...a business is represented by it's employees these employees were TRASH.
Employees loudly discussing some kind of deduction from their paycheck that they felt was illegal. Keypad wouldn't work on gas pump, asked cashier to cancel transaction for us and seemed annoyed that we didn't want to leave the pump with our card info still swept in and wait for it to cancel in 5 minutes.
I'm 27 years old with a valid Id. The employee working refused to sell me cigarettes for no apparent reason
Walking distance from where we stay, but they do not take LA Wallet, which is an inconvenience
Employee was extremely helpful and very nice.
