I joined as a VIP member since the pandemic to support the theater and our movie industry. I love this program. I now go to the movies every Friday after work, and I'm loving the friendly staff at Celebration. Thanks for the program and for hiring such nice people.
Great theatre! Nice and clean. Great movies and the price is right on their Taco Tuesdays. They serve alcohol to the 21 and over crowd. The day we went they were serving a special drink that was shown in a movie. It was good but a little weak. Good service too.
Decently Prices for a luxury movie theatre experience. Approximately $20 per ticket but well worth the price for comfort if you want a recliner experience and the ability to have food delivered to your seat during the movie.
I went to go see Thor: Love & Thunder on a Monday at 6pm, when we get to the counter they ask me and my boyfriend our ages, we are both 17 so they proceeded to tell us we BOTH needed to show our IDs in order to go see a Marvel movie? I didn’t realize I needed to have an ID on me in order to go see a movie nowadays and they wouldn’t let me in without my ID. I had to have someone at home send me a photo of my ID in order to let me go in the first place. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude for no reason… it was an empty theater on a Monday evening there’s no reason to be rude to any customers. Even after this debacle we decided to buy drinks & popcorn. She then decides to confiscate a super nice Snickers parfait my boyfriend had just gotten me to make our lives more difficult. I complied but asked that she could refrigerate it since it’s a long movie and the parfait contains egg & milk. She refused and when I finally got my parfait at the end of the movie very warm. We were then late and missed the beginning of the movie. This was an awful experience with an unnecessarily rude crew. Next time I’ll be streaming at home.
Staff was so friendly, drinks were great. Only downside was my recliner chairs button kept getting stuck and under the seats are FILTHY. Popcorn/chewed up candy. I really couldnt help but feel a little dirty after visiting
Celebration Cinema has changed a lot over the years -- and in all the best ways! Their theaters are outfitted with recliners, making the viewing experience comfortable and easy to enjoy for all patrons. For senior citizens and disabled persons, Celebration Cinema is a very accessible location with theaters designed with you in mind. In the second row of the theater, they have handicapped seating with companion seats next to each space. The walk up spaces are all ramps, no stairs -- very easy to access! The concessionaire stands are well-equipped with tasty snacks, treats, and merchandise - perfect for those who have a craving for something salty or sweet during a show. Any patrons 15 years old and under are not eligible to enter the premises without an accompanying parent or guardian. This is a standard policy/law in effect for most towns around the US, which serves to protect the underage youth and establishments from large crowds of unruly, unsupervised children. Lastly, the location for Celebration Cinema is in a great spot -- right next to the major shopping centers of Benton Harbor, across from Walmart, next to Best Buy, and down the road from several major hotel chains.
Wow. Apparently, it has been a long time since I have been to Celebration. The new layout and seating is awesome. All of the seats are super comfortable leather recliners. It makes for a very comfortable seating experience. Everyone has plenty of room and you hardly notice if anyone needs to get up.
Top Gin: Maverick is wonderful and THRILLING at Cinemax. Unbelievable sounds so strong that you recliner vibrates. Makes you wanna go for a Jet flight!
Great food, drinks and very comfy seats. It's hard to stay awake to finish the movie. Oh the staff is awesome as well
Always a good time. Comfortable chairs. I gave three stars because they need to really clean the drink machines.
