Honest and Trustworthy is what I can tell you about this business and location. I went in today with an iPhone that needed a screen repair. I explained that I had recently received the phone under a warranty replacement process. After quoting me for the replacement cost, they suggested that I try calling the warranty company to see if I can get it done for free.  Considering they could have made easy off of me, I HIGHLY value the selfless feedback I was given to just call the warranty company to see if they'll help me.  In the end, they did. I love it when you can trust a business.

I went in with a heavily water damaged phone. They said they would charge me $60 if they got it to turn on, and nothing if they couldn't get it to turn on. This sounded like a good deal to me, because a new phone would be at least $300. The next day my they got my phone to turn on, but I later noticed that people couldn't hear me when I called them and my camera wasn't working. I went back in and spoke to the manager, who was super nice and cool. He said he could have a look at it and try to fix the issues for no extra charge. After about 5 days of troubleshooting, he decided to replace the motherboard and pretty much all the components for free! I basically have a new phone and saved hundreds of dollars. I would definitely recommend Cell Block to anyone with a broken phone!

I had a broken screen on my Galaxy S4. I need my phone for business so getting the repair done quickly was a must. Cell Block got right to it and I had it back in about an hour looking like new. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the best pricing I could find anywhere around the Denver Metro area. Definitely recommend to others.

brought in what i thought was an irretrievable phone with gnarly water damage at about closing time, it was done by 3 pm the next day. overall the service was pretty expensive ~$125 for a deep cleaning & new battery but they threw in almost $50 of free stuff in the form of a case & screen protector. phone's good as new.

Went in for power button replacement on GS3.  The operation appeared casual but professional.  They talked me through the process, cost, and turn around time.  Job was done on time and resolved my problem.  When I went to pick it up, I mentioned that I would have liked a phone call notifying me the job was complete.  The employee apologized for the oversight and gave me a free screen cover for my wife's and my phone he could see I needed a replacement.  This group cares about their reputation, and from my experience they do quality work at a reasonable price and will make it right if something goes wrong.  That's why they have such a high rating on here, and why I drove the extra distance to find someone professional.  Highly recommended.

I was hugely impressed by the customer service here. I brought in a phone with a bad flex cable and they fixed it for a reasonable price even after it took multiple tries. A lesser place would have tried once and given up and try to sell me a new phone. I will definitely use Cell Block for future phone repair needs.

Excellent work.  I had a Nexus 5 that wouldn't start -- probably blew the fuse due to a cheap charger cable bought elsewhere.  They turned it around in 15 minutes -- he suggested I just go over to Starbucks for coffee rather than leaving and coming back.  They repaired it even faster.  Very happy with the service and the price and will be happy to come back again for any other problems.

Honestly have had the worst service here. People were some what nice but here's the run down. Phone broke, cost $205 to get it "repaired". Screen was lifting so I took it back. Found out they put the wrong size screen on, it shattered.  Spent $162 for them to fix it yet again, put a glue like substance on it that wouldn't stick, a button that was not touch compatible, and a used screen for another model.  Got refunded, but they kept my original button, $205,  and speaker filter cover. So thanks for taking the pieces you wanted to re purpose on other peoples phones. Save yourself a week of wasted time and look for somewhere else.

I live in Evergeen, CO and this company is close to 45 miles from my house...saying that, Cell Block is the best!!  The service is excellent, their knowledge is top rate, and they make sure you are completely satisfied with their service.  I love their humor and honesty.  Will drive the distance any day of the week that they are open if I ever have any issues again with my cell phone.  Thank You for a great experience.

I took my phone  to have the screen repaired on my iPhone 5c. It wa goinng to cost $100.00.To my great surprise after dropping my phone off to have the repairs made, and returning 2 hrs later, I was told that my screen was not actually broken it was just the glass screen protector that was cracked. No, they did not have to be honest and tell me, they could have charged me for a brand new screen and I never would have been the wiser. Thank God there are still honest people in the world. If I ever need phone repairs again I'm coming back here. : :
