Stopped by to ask how much to fix the screen on my Note 20 they said it would be $210. I told them okay and that have my phone in yhe car by the time i got back they changed the price to $280
Just wanted my screen fixed it was done but now having so many problems with my phone I wish I would have known cause then I would have put that money into a new phone
Was told it would take 4 days to fix my phone, gave me a price and everything. Called after 4 days and was told that they still needed to figure out what was wrong with it, if they could even fix it at all. That just told me they didn't even look at my phone those 4 days and they also forgot that they had already given me a price. Gave them a one star because at least they gave me my phone back without charging me. Don't waste your time.
This guy call anibal he know how to fix everything the best way as posible. They try to give the best service and make u feel confortable with good prices I really love how they give the best for the best price. Also they speak English and Spanish so the language is not a problem for them!
Application for tempered glass was quick and the customer service was nice. Issue is tempered glass only lasted literally 2 days. They aren't major cracks but they're inconvenient considering the placement of it being where the power button and my hand is usually rested. It was my first time ever getting tempered glass on one of my phone's screen so it's a little disappointing :/
Recently took my phone in to get it fixed cuz the screen was horribly broken and got it back good as new in a few hours. Would highly recommend the guy that helped me out I believe his name was Jesse he was super helpful and knew what he was doing. Also, take it early and while you wait you can shop around and it'll be ready by the end of the day.
Just don't do it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Spend an extra $50 and get your phone repaired at Best Buy. I'd kept my iPhone in near-perfect condition in the last year which I prided myself for and had an random incident and cracked my screen even with a screen protector. Phone was working fine for a couple days even with the crack. No issues. Brought it in to Cell Doc in McAllen and had it repaired for $225 and immediately as I got home, my phone was going CRAZY. Blue lines, static, flashing screen, gradually whitened screen, you name it. It was barely usable as some times. Called immediately and I was told to bring it back in. Mind you, I live about an hour away from McAllen One guy at the counter opened it, said it was fine and sent me on my way. Obviously it started up again. Called, was told to bring it in for a free warranty replacement. I was hopeful this would solve it. Brought it back in and it was changed within 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and everything seemed okay. As soon as I drove off, it started up AGAIN! Same issue. I called and was told to bring it in for them to look at once again. In the meantime I had a weekend trip to Houston where I took my iPhone to an Apple store at the mall. They ran diagnostics and didn't find any software or other hardware issues but determined that the screen I was given was not an authentic apple screen and was not good quality. I immediately emailed the manager to which I got no response. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he'd call me. Again, no response. VERY unprofessional. I called back again to ask for a full or partial refund. I even was willing to take my old screen back. Their response was "We already gave you 2 screens. You can't get a refund." Yes two FAULTY screens!! They have a no refund, no exceptions policy. This policy is not a policy a RESPECTABLE business has in place. If a business is confident in their products and services they normally have some kind of return or refund policy in place. That should've been a red flag for me. They also don't keep any paperwork on the work they've done on your phone. They just give you a simple receipt that you can lose easily. They don't take your name. They don't take anything. You just leave it and wait. Due to all this, I just went ahead and upgraded to a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I spent an extra $450 alongside the $225 I originally paid for the screen replacement that I didn't need to spend in the first place if this place had just done the right thing and fixed my phone or given me a refund. They tried to casually blame it on my phone not working at one point. So now I have a brand new iPhone I didn't need and my old iPhone 11 Pro Max just sitting there collecting dust. It is in complete working condition aside from the screen where it will stay until I take it to an AUTHORIZED Apple Repair business like Best Buy or Apple itself to get fixed. Then I'll be able to give it to a family member or sell it. All around horrible experience. The only positive thing I could say was that the original technician was very nice.
