I've been with Verizon a long time but my last experience made this worth the review. I recently upgraded and the phone is great but my salesperson made it better. Go see Megan, I was in and out in record time, got the phone I wanted and she even saved me some money. If this was a 10 star system thats what she would get.
Only had them for a day, but had issues with the phones and opted to return them. Megan was able to assist us beautifully in taking care of the returns. Thank you :

I had a great experience at this store. Sales rep, Tristan B was able to set up our whole family with nice phones that fit our needs. Fast service including the TV streaming apps, data, and text, and lower our monthly bill. He was pleasant and listened to what we wanted and made great recommendations. He followed through after the sale to ensure we were happy with the changes. I'll for sure do business there again.
Tyler was very detailed oriented, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and patient. Because of him not only did we get 2 new phones we only came in to replace my 6 year old phone but our monthly bill is now reduced as well. You couldn't ask for more. We would highly recommend not only Tyler at the St Albans, Vt store but also his colleagues who also made us very comfortable while we were there.

Every time I walk in the store I am greeted and attended to quickly. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the devices and accessories they promote. Even though I purchased a new phone Jay was able to find a few discounts so my bill will actually be less every month, gotta love that!!
