The Center for Creative Education is a non-profit that blends the arts into children's academics.
CCE brings learning to life by engaging children in "hands on" learning, using the arts to enhance student’s knowledge of traditional subjects. So painting, music and dance are the gateway to help them understand literacy, math and science.
We provide after-school, in-school and in-house programming to more than 12,000 students every year who are considered “at risk.” We also work with students in accelerated programs to help them achieve a new level of creative thought.
At our Center in West Palm Beach we offer art, education and culture to the community. We offer free art exhibitions in our Art Gallery and classes free to the community.
Research shows that arts-integrated programs help children achieve more and makes them more excited about school. Working on projects with CCE Teaching Artists also builds children’s self-esteem and encourages cooperation and team-building.
