SJNMR believes in placing the care of the patient above all.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive state-of-the art treatments for the disorders of the spine, joints, nerves, and muscles through a multidisciplinary approach incorporating traditional medicine, complementary medicine, behavioral therapy, physical rehabilitation, nutritional guidance, and general fitness education with the goal to maximize the patient’s quality of life through appropriate pain relief, functional rehabilitation, and community re-integration.

This office has been my saving grace. I’ve been dealing with pain since the 80’s. They are fun to interact with and sensitive to my condition. After four years of trusting them with my pain issues I would never go anywhere else. They are diligent in finding ways to give their patients a better quality of life despite the pain. I really appreciate how, as a patient, I have input in my pain management. Being with this provider I can say without a doubt, they’ve shown me how to live my best life. I say thank you!
Always friendly and courteous, from the receptionist to Dr. Le himself, I have been to several pain management practices and I have never had one I would give a 5 star review until I came here. I had an epidural in the office at a previous practice and left in tears. Dr Le addressed my anxiety about this, because I told him I would never do it in office again, I wanted to be sedated. He promised he would not hurt me, so I said I would try it if he would stop if I said it was painful. He said he would, and he was right, there was very minimal pain and I have done it in his office ever since. I highly recommend Dr Le to everyone!
This place was literally the biggest waste of my time and money. Was a patient for almost a year before getting the hint that this place was not going to change. Each appointment I would typically have to wait at least 2 hours to see a doctor most I've ever waited was 3 hours and I told the receptionist I was going home because there were STILL people waiting in front of me. Then when Dr. Song Le or Dr. Mitchell saw me it was pathetic. They spent a max of 10 mins with me, told me to stretch, and then left. THIS WAS EVERY SINGLE TIME. Their attitudes were equivalent to "I have 3 more patients left for the day and I am on auto pilot". There was zero plan of action, and all they would offer were "muscle relaxers" that are essentially the same as baby aspirins. I gained absolutely nothing from coming here and my back pain remained. The Mount Juliet location was so much better on time, attentive drs, etc but it still seems if your issue doesn't require surgery, they don't have a way to treat you. Please look somewhere else for pain management. I had to find a physical therapist, chiropractor, and massage therapist in order to feel any sense of relief. And all 3 of these other practices treated me like a human who valued my time and what I had to say. This place will not help you but rather cash in on insurance. The worst doctor's office I've ever been to.
I have been going here for a lot of years. They care about the patients and take time to help you.
The staff and physicians at SJNMR are so kind and thoughtful every time I call or visit. They have worked with me to control my pain and worked to get me in quickly when I needed to come in before a scheduled appointment. They really care about their patients and do everything possible to help and show compassion. They each one have my deepest thanks.
The doctor, PA, and nurses have exemplary bedside manners, which is really important to me. They understand my pain needs and do their part to develop a treatment plan tailor made for me. They also take very good care of my daughter who has complex chronic conditions. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs pain management.
This is an absolute sham of a doctor. The absolute WORST!! I was a patient for about 3 years until they “upgraded their system.” “Upgrade” means they cancel their appointments and do not make an attempt to notify you. Twice I took off work to drive across town 45 minutes for my regular appointment only to realize I magically wasn’t on the schedule AFTER I had already confirmed it. The first time I should’ve dump them but the second was the last and final. I immediately found a new doctor. In addition to their complete unprofessionalism with appointments, many members of their staff are RUDE. The doctors are ALWAYS LATE and I’ve sat there waiting for nearly 3 hours on multiple occasions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL CERTAINLY WASTE YOURS!! Horrible HORRIBLE excuse for a doctor’s office.
I visit this office on a regular basis and have also had the highest standard of care. The girls on the front desk are great and polite and the doctors are really superb. I see Lori and she has been nothing short incredible. Great place, great people, great care. 100% recommended.
I have been going to Center for spine, joint & muscular rehabilitation for over a year now! They have successfully managed my pain & I am able to not be in the bed all day. They are warm & welcome from the front desk all the way to the back with the treating doctors. They are all very professional 100%. I’m thankful, every day, for the care I receive each month! I would absolutely refer them to anyone seeking help for pain. They are a very honest, caring facility. A+ rating in my book!
I love this place,everybody is pleasant and willing to help you with your time spent there. They actually care about you. I love this place. 6/9/2022 .Today i went to the office for my visit. Was such a pleasure. They listen to my problems and was very helpful in guiding me to my care. I absolutely love this place. Im very thankful.
