Funny how the website says “ Bring these items with you: A current government-issued photo ID. A taxpayer identification number, such as a Social Security number. Any tax documents you’ll need.” and then you get turned away for arriving with an NH drivers license and your social security card. Then the appointment gets rescheduled to two weeks out and have to take another day off of work to try to get money back from the government. IRS why do you make life so difficult?

Impossible to get anyone one the phone. Spent 5 mins to get through a automated system which repeats itself for it to finally say try tomorrow and hung up on me. I only called with a simple question that could be answered in half a minute by a person but isn't something addressed on the web or in the automated phone system. In short no online contact and a terrible phone system.

Wish I got his name but very friendly and helpful. People have anxiety about the IRS but service in Nashua is excellent. Thanks
