• Ph.D./Executive Doctorate: Designed for senior leaders committed to building sustainable companies, this program connects participants with the world’s top scholars, executives, and thought leaders to produce new actionable knowledge and equip them to have a transformative impact in business and society. Participants select one of two tracks, a research focused Ph.D. that concludes with a scholarly dissertation based on original research, or a practice-oriented doctorate of business administration that concludes with an applied dissertation based on the implementation of a complex, high-impact application project.
• Executive Education Programs: Targeted at business leaders, these intensive workshops are innovative, hands-on experiences that allow participants to elevate their leadership capacity at four levels: self, others, the organization, and society.
• Custom Solutions: The Center for Values-Driven Leadership works individually with companies to create high-impact learning, development, and change initiatives that are tailored to the needs of each client. Our custom solutions are designed to provide an immediate return on investment by integrating a values-driven approach to business with the development of leaders and the achievement of your company’s strategic goals.
• Executive Roundtable: Led by select Benedictine faculty, visiting scholars, and executive guests, these exclusive one-day events gather 20-30 senior leaders from select companies for informal benchmarking and idea sharing around topics of common interest, such as how to build a values-driven organization and how to make sustainability profitable.
• Leadership Summits: In collaboration with partners around the world, the Center hosts periodic Leadership Summits designed to attract top scholars and executives to explore new frontiers in leadership and sustainable business.
• Research Initiatives: We sponsor a variety of research initiatives to answer three fundamental questions: What is the business case for being a values-driven company? What does a values-driven company look like? And how can a company get there and stay there?
