I did not enjoy my experience here at all. I’m not someone to feel it’s necessary to make a complaint normally, but that’s how offended I was after talking to their nurse practitioner. I was a new patient, so I relayed everything I have had going on. I’ve had chronic UTIs for about three years now, I have PCOS, I miscarried last year, and I had lots of questions. She immediately checked my charts for STD testing. Then when I asked for information about ovulation because it’s something I’m concerned about, she said that they only check fertility for “partnered couples who’ve been trying for 6 months” to which i replied, well I just miscarried last year and I’m only recently single. And that shouldn’t matter anyways. I’m 32. Having a child is important to me, and I just wanted any information and so on, but she blew right past that. She was very cold and I felt like she judged me right away. I will never go back to this clinic. I’m not just a faceless patient whose needs don’t matter. I’m a woman who’s been struggling with a lot of different issues and I just was hoping for a good experience and some answers. Very disappointed.

I’ve had my mammogram and well woman’s check here. Both appointments were great. Staff are friendly and the physician was kind and knowledgeable. Wait times were very minimal.
I have had nothing but the most helpful and respectful care at this OMG clinic. The front desk is great I love the online check-in process. And Dr Schram is nothing short of 5 quality care. She has performed my female annual exams, and has been compassionate and informative, and I have highly recommended her to others over the years. Additionally, I recently underwent a hysterectomy with Dr O’Rourke, and received top-notch care, even going the extra mile for my especially complicated procedure. I was communicated with, and knew exactly what was going to occur and what to expect. I appreciate his years of experience, forward-thinking healthcare approach and compassionate manner. Thank you!
I'm grateful that this doctors office accepts my insurance. However, I don't like coming in due to the fact that Dr. Mertz likes to be quick and doesn't take the time to really hear out what you have to say. The staff expects you to know certain kinds of terminology and it can make you feel frustrated when they aren't clear or understanding. Hoping to go to a fertility specialist soon since I haven't been able to get much help in 6 years to become pregnant. Very frustrating
I recommend avoiding this clinic if you're pregnant and your pregnancy might be less than ideal. They were as passive as they could be towards any problems during my pregnancy. I went through a miscarriage. All alarming signs got ignored and absolutely nothing got done, not even a slightest try, to help prevent the miscarriage. I tried 3 of their doctors and I suspect that this is their absolute institutional strategy towards miscarriages, perhaps to keep their contracted insurances satisfied? Any one who's been through a miscarriage knows that internet is full of " miscarriages cannot be prevented ", but many of them can be, I talk from experience. Learn from my experience and avoid pain, loss and regret.
Never had any issues getting an appointment here during my pregnancy and postpartum. Dr. Light is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend her and miss seeing her every week.
Dr. McCarthy is amazing. She listens to everything, and responds well. Never sounding judgemental or like she is tired of even the simplest questions. She takes her time, and has never acted rushed or behind. Truly a wonderful doctor! I instantly felt like she truly cared about my baby and me from the first appointment on. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for an OB/Gyn.
I saw Dr. Monji with my first pregnancy. She is so wonderful and came in to deliver my son on her day off. She genuinely cares and is always patient and takes the time to listen to and answer questions. Now that om having my second, I'm happy to see her again, she's been just as great the second time around! My nurse is also such a sweet lady. My mom was the one to recomend her to me as she showed her the same greag care on the last of her three pregnancies after hee original OB/GYN retired. I've also seen Dr. Gill when she was out one week and he was just as informative and friendly.
I am so disappointed in Dr. Mertz. I felt that she rushed through my whole exam, and I walked away with more questions then answer. Plus when I asked if I could do a ultra sound instead of a CT, I know that they are more expensive, and I wanted an ultra sound instead. I talked to the nurse, she said it would be fine, but when Dr. Mertz heard. She snapped at me saying she will just refer me to a different doctor. So I don’t do the CT that you want, your not going to help me? So rude. I also do not like that when I called to check on my blood test, yes I had to call them, they told me I needed to check there portal website, and that’s where my answers will be. How about instead of me signing on, and go looking, YOU CALL ME. I liked the front counter staff, but I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Mertz in anyway. She’s a wast of time, and will waste yours like she did mine.
