I had a scheduled physical for 8:45am. I arrived shortly after 8:20am and was taken back- I realized I left my paperwork needed on my table I live on the street parallel to the back of the office- 1.5 minute drive IF there’s traffic at 8:35am I had someone getting the papers. I was kicked out of that visit by 8:40am - told I had to reschedule due to the doctor being busy. Now I could understand had I ran past my appointment time, but it wasn’t even my scheduled time when I walked out of the office. Michelle the MA was extremely rude to me during the visit, and I overheard her badmouthing me at the nursing desk, as well as making jokes at my expense. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
I do not recommend. Take a month to get results of heart monitor...I had to call them. Then ended up with a UTI and went to med express...then got bit by a spider...went back to centerville..they prescribed meds for a tick bite...test came back negative for lyme...then ended up with Blood in my pee and bad cramping again...so made another appointment with Centerville...they made it with the incorrect office...so they rescheduled the appointment...I get there, they just had me pee in a cup and the Doctor wouldn't even see me...told me she wished I made an appointment so we could talk...I DID make an appointment which is why I was there. She told me if they don't call me then the results were clear. I asked her what if I'm still having these symptoms? She pretty much just shrugged her shoulders at me and said to make another appointment...that she probably wouldn't even see me for so...save your time and health. Do not go here. You are just a number to them to push through and throw meds at.
They tell you to show up 15 minutes early then take you back 30 minutes after the scheduled time but if you show up slightly late even if the office is empty they cancel your appointment.
Dr. Danielle Zachar is the best!!! I have moved around a lot so I know how difficult it is to find a good PCP who actually listens to you and I couldn't be more grateful Dr. Danielle joined the practice. Along with always listening to my concerns, she also takes my input and ideas into consideration for treatment and gives me options.
A PERFECT example as to why our mental health system is corrupt . I'm hoping, God willing, that this review may find someone who needs it. I attended Centerville clinics in bentleyville for the school-based Partial Hospital program at BHS. I was told by the Centerville clinics staff and psychiatrist in the bentleyville school that their "isn't much else" for me. As if to say that this was my final last resort for treatment and if I couldn't do what they said was going to help I wouldn't make it out of my struggles happily. Dr. Law was completely awful, and should not have taken the approach of scolding me and my mother the way he did. It was truly mind blowing to think back on it and im shocked people like him have the nerve to think they are mental health professionals that help people. As if he thinks hes the holy grail of treatment, and if he wasnt able to help, then Nobody could. Long story short, the 'tactics' the staff gave me still till this day never ever helped me. And guess what, it turns out that there IS ALOT ELSE.. this wasn't I'll the world has to offer me.Thankfully I'm on the right track now . This place is the definition of why the mental health system fails so many of its patients. And
The staff are very kind and helpful. I didnt wait very long yo see Dr Danielle Zachar is an amazing doctor who actually listens and spends time with her patients. The staff are just as wonderful. I definitely recommend them.
You are nobody here. They go though doctors like it's going out of style. I had covid, tried to get antibody treatment, they stated they would send over a referral, NEVER DID! Look elsewhere, you've been warned. Also, if you enjoy attempting to get ahold of anyone here when you call, good luck. You will sit on hold because they're "busy helping other patients" but they must be diagnosing these patients over the phone because you will wait minimum of 15 minutes on hold, if your lucky it will disconnect you and then you have to call back and wait again... nursing department extention does even work.
Daniel Z is such a mean person she rolled her eyes at me because I mentioned having chest pains again to her and she doesn’t want to do anything about it she pretty much said idk! I told her that my last one was so bad that I almost went to the hospital because of it but it went away about 15mins or so and her response was well you’re still here so it couldn’t of been that serious I about cried and went off because I’ve been having trouble with this for a long time and it’s very painful but she just blows it off
I can’t give zero stars or I would. The front desk staff is condescending and unhelpful. They make mistakes on insurance coverage and waste your time. Providers are unprofessional and inefficient, honestly just lousy all around.
Everything overall has been great at the clinics. From a PCP, dental, and mental health standpoint there has never been an issue getting an appointment or any problems at the office. On a few occasions the wait times were a bit much but it is a clinic and when you have specialty doctors only seeing patients certain days it’s to be expected. Calling in refill requests for prescriptions can take a day or two but knowing that makes it easy to get it handled. Love the clinic though!
