This is the worst Emory medical facility I have seen in over 20 years. The nurse practitioner is more interested in her students than her patients. Your concerns are not heard.The exam room is just a frenzy of the computer and students. I had what was called a complete physical and was never touched. I was told it was a complete physical because I had lab work. This was a new office for me. My physician of many years left the Emory System. I pray this is not the future of healthcare at Emory. I failed to say the pharmacy has waited more than two weeks to get my refil on some very important medication. I have also called. I have taken this medication for years.

This is by far the most unprofessional, unhelpful and inept medical office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It bears the Emory name but it stops there. Trying to get in touch with anyone who can give you a concrete answer to even the simplest of questions is next to impossible. Trying to verify that a lab order was submitted to them from the Emory transplant center was an hour and ten minute nightmare. No one answers phones and when they do they are in such a hurry to pass you off the next person, even if it's not the right person, because they can't be bothered to LISTEN to your question. ONE question that could have been answered in 2 minutes: Do you have my lab order there in the office so I don't drive over there for nothing. Apparently this request is too much for them to handle and began an hour and ten minute journey of being on hold and transferred all over the hospital system. The Centerville location should be considered an embarrassment to the Emory system and should lose their association with them. Never have I experienced so much incompetence. If this is the best they can do, it's time to close the location down. Ridiculous.

Dr Sheryl Murray is the epitome of a doctor who is passionate,  humble,  loving, caring, knowledgeable and the you name it, she is all that and more! The office staff is polite,  knowledgeable   compassionate and accommodating. I have been her patient for several years. At one point Emory was not accepting my insurance  but when they started to accept it again I did not hesitate to go back to her.  I love them !  Thank God for

No provider or phlebotomist on Friday. So why are you open? Make it make sense. Emory, please update your list of locations to have lab work done. I've wasted so much of my valuable time waiting on this place to open, only to be turned around.

This practice is amazing, the staff is professional , compassionate, and care very much about the patient’s issue and how to get to the button of it. They also got me on, with a very short notice, when I had an urgent medical issue. RN Ponniah is by far one the best medical professionals I ever met and treated by! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.  Thank you Emory at Centerville Staff!

The Office is worse run office by any Professional practice anywhere. They never answer their phones. They never to call back the Pharmacies to renewal your prescriptions, you have to go to the office and tell them to call the Pharmacies back and  then wait in line for them to do this. They dont answer phone calls from other Physicians Offices. They don't forward or fax the necessary paperwork to clear you for surgery, you have to go to  wait their office, wait in line to haven't it printed out and then hand deliver it yourself . They are extremely rude.. Seek out another Physician, the MDs are OK but you have to get by their Office staff first ..

Just don't. Please select an office where you are not required to physically see the doctor every four months for a prescription refill. It's a ploy to get your copayment. Especially when they conveniently forget to call in said prescriptions to the pharmacy following your visit causing you to be out of medication for grearer than a week. I'm  not referring to opioids, this is blood pressure medicine!!!!

My experience here was ok for over all check ups, but you wait for over an hour before someone actually picks up your calls, listening to elevator music....sometimes the automative hang up on you! Also youre constantly waiting when theyve already called you in!

The nurse seemed to be in a hurry.  She stood instead of sitting down while injecting a needle in my arm to draw blood.  I'd rather go to a further location than to have her give me another shot.
