My experience was so good. Starting from every nurse and staff, didn’t event wait 5min once I got there. Excellent care. The entire staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was so pleased and impressed with the care I received. I would rate this staff the very top for patient care. I was treated with the best care of any hospital I have been to. Everyone there provided EXCELLENT SERVICE. The room was very clean. Good service was great too. I have nothing but good things to say about the hospital and staff. All nurses should be recognized as high performers and caring. I wanted to thank everyone for taking good care of my health . Specially Alejandra and Roberto, they went above and beyond to take good care of my health. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I was completely amazed at the care and compassion at the Advent Health Centra Care. I was greeted by the front staff with so much joy. The front staff rep took my information with ease and was able to get signed in with promptness.Mrs.Carolyn and PA Roberto took their time to listen to my concerns and handled me with so much respect and compassion. I felt heard and appreciated. I honestly believe they deserve a raise. Thank you for your excellence in care of me.
Visited Advent Health centra care today for a recent Cat bite I got. From the front desk staff to the nurses I had a great experience! Carolyn the nurse was AMAZING she made my not so great visit infection great! She is very compassionate about her career and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are cared for and well taken care of! Thanks Carolyn for being who you are! Thanks Advent health for making my experience today so great!
Made an appointment the night before, and was able to be seen quickly on a Sunday. Filling out the intake forms online was a real time saver. Staff was friendly, nurse was personable, and doctor was thorough and kind. Received my prescription on-site at a very low cost. Would happily return to this location, especially having not had the best experience at other Centra Care locations in the area.
From entering, throughout visit and leaving - best care I have seen! Took best care of my Father! Bryce was incredible getting us checked in so quickly and assisting in all we need. Jamie took her care to be sure my father was not pain in treating him. Carolyn made sure to redress my fathers wounds wonderfully in care! All have the best personalities and it was a joy to meet them all
Got to give a huge shoutout to this crew. they are awesome and the smiles are beautiful. got in and out in less than 30 min. ROBERTO is to the point and Alejandra and Jessica are lovely and very funny. got to love this office. they are always my go to!!!
Dr. Mark K. McKenzie was amazing! It was truly a pleasure to be in his care. He is extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns. His staff were also extremely welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend to anyone seeking medical care!
Carolyn the nurse called me back quickly and got my vitals. She listened to my concerns and took great care of me. Loved her extremely professional. Dr. Cohen was great and really professional definitely coming back.
Probably the best experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care/Emergency Room. Carolyn the nurse was very attentive and concerned about my comfort. Roberto the Dr. explained exactly what he was going to do and why. I think I only spent 45 minutes from arriving to walking out the door. Needed 8 staples in my head.
I want to start this off by saying I have been to adventhealth locations from hospitals to other centra care locations and by far has this been the most transparent and friendly staff I have encountered. I personally am all about Efficiency and customer service. I have setup my adventhealth app and phone number/ email through their system that lets you check in early for your reservation so before I came in for my reservation I had my copay for my insurance and all my documents filled out I walked in they checked my information sat me down and then as my butt touched the seat I was called to the back for my visit. Jessica took my vitals and and it was refreshing to have someone actually converse with you during this process as usually it’s quiet and awkward. After my vitals were checked I was taken to a room and seen very quickly by the provider Jessica different Jessica who was very kind and personable. She was able to connect the dots and figure out what’s wrong with me. They asked me what pharmacy I wanted my medication to go to and double checked it was going to the right place. Visit was done and over with in around an hour. I want to say if you are looking for a place to be seen I could not recommend this staff enough due to their professionalism and their Efficiency. Thank you once again Jessica’s and front staff for making this a seamless process.
