Dr. Jalandhara saved the day for me. I'm deaf in one ear and had severe fluid buildup from a sinus infection in my other ear. Therefore, I literally could not hear anything. Dr. Jalandhara quickly went to work, removing wax and fluid, and I was back hearing in a matter of minutes. Dr. Jalandhara showed empathy and compassion to me during what was for me a very uncomfortable and scary situation, not being able to hear. The rest of the Centra team, from the gentleman at the front desk, the lady at check-in, and the nurse who helped me were all so very kind and compassionate. All of this, in a facility that is very clean and modern as well! The citizens of Danville are very fortunate to have this team of health care providers in our city.

For the most part this is a well run facility but I believe on the weekends that it just let me get thru the day. This is twice so have had a bad experience on the weekend. Then to also hear office staff complaining about having to be there and cussing for patients to hear is very unprofessional. I brought my grandson to the urgent care at 8:05 this morning. There was only 3 people in the waiting room and 1 on the appointment side. It took 48 mins to get registered and then when I was registering him the staff ask what he was being seen and said well there is only one doctor back there so you are gonna have to wait another 2 hours are you sure you want to stay for what he has. Knowing my grandchild has been in contact with streptococcal and he is running a fever. What is the point in offering urgent care of you are gonna turn patients away or try to get them to leave!!!

Came in to test for a new job and enjoyed the great customer service from Wanda. She did an amazing job and a great face of the organization !

Took my fiancé there on 1/20/23 because he wasn’t feeling well and was turned away by the lady at the first desk at the entrance. She was waiting on someone to check in and saw us, and asked if we had a time slot to be seen. Then asked what he needed to be seen for, which is confidential information and not something you broadcast to the whole facility. We arrived around 6:45 after making several attempts to get an appointment the previous day. She turned us away and told us to come back tomorrow. It’s very bothersome that the front desk workers would easily deny anyone medical attention during operating hours, at a walk-in facility where it’s not required to have an appointment.

The front staff are an amazing group of people. I’ve been going there over 2 years and never had any issues. The Nurse Practitioners, Nursing staff, urgent care and Doctors have all treated me in a timely, courteous manor. Like most medical facilities over the past couple of years they’ve been overwhelmed at times but still managed to make it work. I’m grateful to everyone at this Centra location.

I called in to make an appointment with a Primary Care doctor that I had seen previously. I went through the automated answering system and was placed on hold waiting for the next available operator. I waited 20 minutes and finally hung up. They don't seemed to be staffed to handle the business they have. I made an appointment elsewhere in less than 5 minutes.

Man I been on this line for 45 minutes just trying to make an appointment not once have I got an answer just listening to music for 45 whole minutes nevermind at this point.

Had to call to make an appointment to get my blood taken before my appointment.,because they don't have the staff to do it on the weekends. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. They need to hire more people. Maybe corporate could come help them out.

Not an urgent care facility as they do not accept walk ins. I drove 45 minutes to not have to go to ER in Gretna. Apparently this site goes by timeslots and the next available appointment was over 4 hours away. Unfortunately, I had to go back to Gretna ER and waste time and employee resources to treat a Strep infection. I was in and out of Gretna ER before I would have ever been seen at CMG Danville's Urgent Care.

I’ve had good experiences with centra in Danville and Gretna before but today was just bad. Me and my fiancé went around 3:45pm for his foot. He fell off a trailer at work and injured his right foot to where he can’t walk on it. He was called over to the desk to have his information taken at 4:45pm. He was then told they were at full capacity and couldn’t be seen. We waited an HOUR just to be told that, why couldn’t they have said something within the hour we were waiting? They had also taken other people over for their information even though they arrived way after us. And took their information so they could be seen, but not us. Completely unprofessional.
