Very poor customer service, didn’t file with her for 1 year and she treats me like a total stranger. Her and her husband were very disrespectful and unprofessional. They’re very cheap and will charge you a foot and a leg if you “waste” their precious time. There are better tax companies out there. I highly recommend everyone to not come here. If 0 star was an option, I would’ve put that. You lost our respect and business as you could tell! After our most horrible experience with tax center inc, we will never step a foot back into your sorry excuse of a business. And you will lose more business once this review is seen by everyone, maybe you should be careful with how you treat customers before you start disrespecting. You should also not get butt hurt when people don’t come back to file with you. Your business is a joke, learn to not take things personally and to not act upon your feelings. That is very unprofessional and no one needs to see that.
