I’m very happy to have found Central Animal Hospital. They’ve been accommodating and caring since my pup’s very first appointment, and are always available when I need them. I highly recommend them; my dog and I love Dr. Pagan!
So far, so good. Had to bring my two indoor cats for shots and check ups. This is a new vet for us, the last vet sold us outdated medicine yes, we could've checked, but we bought it from the vet. My cats have a parent who is feral, so they're not exactly lap cats, so getting to the vet is a tough, anxiety raising slog. They both seem better afterwards than when we brought them to the old vet, so we'll see
My review of Central Animal Hospital is only limited by not having the right words to truly express how I feel. They are truly the kindest, warm hearted, professional human beings that are walking this Earth. The receptionists, doctors, techs, aides, probably even whomever delivers their mail. ALL OF THEM. They actually take interest and care into the pets coming through that door. Whether it's just a question over the phone, to checkups, and even to the harder, more devasting events, they are truly the people you want on your side.
Very caring knowledgeable and loving staff. They’ve gone above and beyond to care for every single one of my animals I have brought there.
Central Animal Hospital is the best of its kind. The facility, the doctors, the medical care and the genuine kindness of the staff are second to none. I wouldn't consider any where else for my pets. Thank you for your many years of care and service.
Update - called immediately put on hold to get records sent to my old vet. I was told to call back tomorrow. The receipt says my pets' health is their top concern. What an absolute joke. Getting Rx food... Nope, no concern. I HATE HATE HATE THESE PEOPLE. Will not be returning any time soon. Front desk puts you on hold and forgets you exist. They tell you one masked adult can be in the exam room, but that is a flat out lie. They put a bench outside the exam rooms and are practically yelling the entire time. There is ZERO bedside manner here. ZERO. You're being scolded if you're mask slips down, they close the door of the exam room so you are basically excluded from the appointment, no privacy because you're basically in the lobby. It was such a horrible high anxiety experience I wasn't able to communicate my concerns with my pets. I don't want to go back to them so I took a few hundred dollars and lit it on fire. They take their covid regulations to a mental illness level and are just downright rude about it. Never again.
The staff and vets at Central Animal Hospital are the best. They are friendly and understanding. They approach your dog with care and treat them well while taking care of them. The doctors always take the time to explain everything and you don't ever feel rushed. @soupsammie loves to visit them. Dr. Pagan is so kind and considerate with our dog and the staff could not be nicer. Continue to highly recommend without question.
Do not trust these ppl with yur pets, they only want to hear themselves talk. They don't even listen to your opinion on your pets well being. The secretaries in the front do not greet you when you walk in,they all have sour faces, and are not approachable at all. The whole entire office needs a face lift.
We've been patients here for over 10 years for both our cat and our dog, and have always found the vets and staff to be exceptional at their jobs. They are professional and thorough, and they truly do care for your pets just as much as you do! 10/10, would recommend and often do to my friends!
