Massive shopping mall with lots of top brand stores. Mall is slightly close to Vancouver area.
Great place for some fast food or casual dining. With a Walmart that caters to Asians, how can you go wrong? It lacks parking in this lot is the only downfall.
I grew up in Richmond from 1993-2013 and this has been BY FAR THE BIGGEST upgrade I've ever seen in this small town. A huge walmart, tons of stores, banks, places to eat and tons of parking space. Just incredible
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Central at Garden City, and I feel compelled to warn others about the hidden strict 1.5-hour parking rules that are negatively impacting both visitors and local businesses within the complex. It is crucial for potential customers to be aware of the detrimental consequences that these parking regulations impose on establishments such as restaurants, hair salons, and medical centers. The implementation of the undisclosed 1.5-hour parking limit without proper communication or prominent signage is highly unfair and unreasonable. It not only inconveniences visitors and residents but also severely affects local businesses that rely on foot traffic and longer customer stays. With such limited parking time, it becomes nearly impossible for patrons to fully enjoy their dining experiences, hair appointments, or medical consultations without the constant worry of receiving a parking ticket or having their vehicle towed. The repercussions of these strict parking rules extend far beyond mere inconvenience. Restaurants, for instance, thrive on creating a welcoming environment where customers can relax, enjoy their meals, and spend quality time with friends and family. However, the restricted parking time at Central at Garden City forces patrons to rush through their meals, creating a stressful atmosphere and diminishing the overall dining experience. Consequently, this policy puts unnecessary strain on local eateries, negatively impacting their reputation and potential for repeat business. Similarly, hair salons and medical centers require sufficient time to provide quality services to their clients. Hair appointments often involve multiple steps, from consultations to treatments and styling. The restricted parking timeframe hampers these processes, leaving customers dissatisfied and stylists feeling rushed. In the case of medical centers, patients may require more extended consultations, diagnostic procedures, or treatments that go beyond the imposed 1.5-hour parking limit. Consequently, these restrictions may discourage potential clients from seeking the necessary healthcare they require, ultimately putting their well-being at risk. The negative consequences of these parking regulations on local businesses cannot be understated. By discouraging customers from visiting and engaging fully with the establishments in Central at Garden City, the management is directly contributing to the economic hardship and potential closure of these vital enterprises. It is disheartening to witness the management prioritize their own interests at the expense of the very businesses that contribute to the vibrancy and success of the complex. In light of these significant concerns, I strongly urge potential visitors and residents to carefully consider the implications of the hidden strict 1.5-hour parking rules at Central at Garden City. The detrimental impact on local businesses, including restaurants, hair salons, and medical centers, should not be taken lightly. By patronizing alternative establishments that prioritize customer convenience and encourage longer stays, you can ensure your support goes to businesses that truly value and accommodate your needs. Please think twice before choosing Central at Garden City as your destination, as the restrictive parking policies not only inconvenience visitors but also harm the very businesses that make the complex a thriving community. Your support elsewhere will contribute to a more vibrant and customer-friendly local economy.
This place has almost everything you need you probably don't have to go anywhere else after you come here there's many different store options to choose from and I would really recommend it here if you were looking for multiple stores this place has almost everything.
Good variety of stores, like Walmart and restaurants. Usually there for my bank to get cash and for a quick bite to eat. Parking can be challenging.
Great area to walk eat something at different restaurants sushi, chicken, hamburguers, pizza, meat also there is marshals bed bath and beyond, walmart parking available
A convenient shopping area in Richmond just before you approach the No. 3 road. Has a good assortment of retailers, services and restaurants.
Ridiculous parking rules, majority of the parking space are 90 mins free parking. For a mall this size, you can easily spend a couple hours there. I was there today for exactly 2 hours, for lunch and some shopping, and got a parking ticket.
Large variety of amenities and restaurants here, parking can suck but there usually is some available in the parking garage lot
