After speaking with the president Mike Watson I decided to close my account to which he replied "sounds good". I suggest using a bank that cares about the customer and furthering business. After a year of fighting with them over incorrect charges this is no place to do business
The staff are great but recently after EVERY purchase ive done my card has been locked because it was processed to many times but no matter where i go or what i buy it gets locked this is my 5th time unlocking my card and i cant unlock it with my app i have to physically go up there in between 9am and 4 pm which is such a narrow time slot

Painfully slow to get service. Be prepared to sit 10+ mins.
We have had nothing but great experiences in this bank. They are very nice and helpful. They will help you with anything they can. And are great listeners! Lorry is the best banker I have ever come across! I highly suggest this bank!
Very good bank to deal with. Atm in the drive through has been a little buggy in the past.
