I had went to the branch after reporting a fraudulent transaction in my account via secure message. They responded immediately. In the branch I met with Paige . She was very thoughtful, thorough and she made this process easy. She even met my dog :. I got my account cared for professionally. I left a very satisfied customer. I had also mentioned my future banking needs aka auto / home loans would be with this bank . How they treat their customers they go above and beyond. Love the team at the Hollister Mo branch. Thank you !
Ryan Ricketts did a great job helping my elderly grandmother get her checking account setup. He was patient with her, as she has recently lost her eye sight and is still navigating this huge change. She just moved here from California and is excited to become a member of the Central Bank family.
Mr. Ricketts the branch manager did a great job. He was very friendly and reassuring. Very efficient with his work. The other staff was friendly as well.
Ryan and his team are amazing. After going to another branch where they were not willing to assist, I went to Hollister where the team was happy to assist and fix my issue. I’m recommending the Hollister branch for anyone wanting an awesome bank with awesome people.
Paige and Ethan were so helpful!! Paige has made the transition to a new bank so easy and explained everything along the way. Can’t thank them enough!!
We love Julia and Madelyn! They are always very knowledgeable and so so kind. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. We had so much trouble renting a car and they spent so much time getting us a new account opened up to make that possible for us.
Haven't had one good experience yet here. Out of the 5-6 times I've had to do any kind of business here left irritated every time. Tried to close my account here today and they didn't even acknowledge me for 5 mins then after being asked to have a seat and wait they help other people coming in before me. No personal Baker wasn't even there. Wasted my time again.
Ryan Rickets and Trey were so very friendly and helpful. It actually made going to the bank fun. Thank you for your kindness.
My credit card was stolen. As soon as I realized it, I contacted Madelyn and Julia at Central Bank in Hollister, MO. They Both did an Excellent, timely job of closing down my card, filing disputes against the several fraudulent charges against my account, and reissuing me a new card. They are Both Remarkable Associates and deserve extra commendation..
Christian and Ethan are absolutely the best!! There is only 1 teller that could use some customer experience training though.
