Lauri Workman at Central Bank in Nixa, West Mount Vernon branch, gave me the most excellent customer service when I opened a checking and savings account. She still calls me to make sure everything is going well and to check up on me. I highly recommend letting her help you with your banking needs, and this branch of Central bank!
Stopped in a few weeks ago to set up a checking account. Sheri Kasper was great. I stopped in very close to closing time. And she got me all squared away, was very helpful and Friendly. This is a great bank. I highly recommend this bank! Thank You!
I wish I could give -0 rating. Apparently they don’t have the customers back or maybe it’s just the Afro-American customers they were absolutely no help to me after filling a dispute of a charge that was in-correctly debited by 860.00,. I go to multiple branches for help to file the dispute. Finally I was allowed to in fact file a dispute but anything passed filing the dispute was absolutely no help in resolving the issue. I absolutely hate this bank the staff is very rude at almost every branch I have come in contact with with the exception of two in the area.
I recently moved to the area from another state. I was looking for a new bank in the area and went to this branch. I was able to set up new accounts in a timely matter and was shown the in and outs of the mobile banking app. Sherri was very professional and was great to work with. I want to thank her for her time and professionalism.
This branch is phenomenal. The tellers, the assistant manager, Sheri, the manager, Sean, the loan assistants, Debbie and Jessica, the CSR, Lauri, the lenders, Jeff, Kendal, and Shawn- they’re all great. I am a regular at this branch and have never had an experience short of great with them. They have been able to handle odd requests, simple requests, difficult requests, and everything in between. Thanks for being such a great bank to work with!
I opened a new account with Lauri Workman at Central Bank. She was extremely helpful and very informative. The entire bank staff is very friendly and greet you with a smile and a great attitude.
Horrible. First, don't interrupt your customers, no one likes this. Nothing but frustrations and complications on the most simple of tasks. Paying on a car loan in the drive through should not take 10 minutes. More training across the board is very much needed at this branch. One time, the manager froze my debit card without telling me. Luckily I was able to find out just before the bank closed for the weekend. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere because of the incompetence of the entire company.
It's a centrdecentralized. Banks like this are so bad people literallymade a whole new currnecy to get away from the rip off artist at these banks. They cost me hundreds today not being able to use my card. They will overdraft you regardless of your preferences, or how many time you tell them not to.
This is the best bank I have ever used. The staff is very welcoming each day you walk in and is sure to help you with anything big or small. I will continue to do business here for many more years to come!
My husband Jim and I opened a new account with Nixa Central Bank recently. After walking into the bank we were almost immediately greeted by Sheri Kaster who was extremely friendly, helpful, and very thorough in helping us through the process. My husband and I will absolutely refer others to use Central Bank for their banking needs.
