It was a very satisfying experience going out to help prep food containers for distribution. We have been blessed and what better way to help out our community then by give back of our time. It is an honor to be a volunteer at our Community Food Bank. I can only encourage others to do the same, so they can feel the satisfying of giving of yourself really is.
You drive up, park, call the number if no one is already out there. Then they bring the food and put it in your car. This place helps keep your dignity, is friendly and gives the staples your family needs to eat. Great service for those needing a hand up!!
What the holiday first of all their hours are wrong they close at 3:45 I believe they close whenever they want how sad you know my son was hospitalized because he's suicidal unfortunately a lot of people are going through that right now with everything going on and everything I had I make it down there so you pick up some food to at least be able to feed my family and they're closing before 4:00 tell me I can't pick up my order how sick is that like your job you must hate it like you must not be in it to really help people like I really need that food I could have took the money I threw in for gas and fed my family tonight and how sad that they're collecting this food to help people and then not giving it out like what did that guy do take my box of food home and say I didn't show up and this is twice that it's happening if you really want your food I recommend you go to any other food bank than this one because they're faulty
Awesome place if you like to volunteer. Please do so. This planet will be a better place if we gave more than we received.
This place is so great when it comes to beautifying Fresno. Even the mayor came out and helped. We should start giving out the best Mayor awards
Professional, Kind ,fast service and very helpful in putting items into car. I am Truly blessed and thankful for help when I need. Thank you to all behind the seans and up front too.
Had a great time volunteering here Saturday. Event was well organized, and you can see the commitment that each staff member has for our community. Thank you CCFB and thank you to the generous business community that has made their new location so great. Definitely a great volunteer event for those with kids.
Great; If you go pick yours up its Awesome deals great people who help you. 2 BIG boxes of Food and more, Awesomeness. I want to thank you for your kindness. Not so great! If its delivered I have to say it was awful I did not have my car working so it was delivered 10 hot cheese puffs little bags I cannot eat. Beans, Corn, Spaghetti Noodles. Although this Tiny box its better than nothing at all.
I’m truck driver woman I whent delivery there load no one let me use a bathroom in my emergency the office lady was rude to me
They are amazing and what they are doing for our community and people in need is a great thing. It doesn't matter who you are they are here to help.
