I was very satisfied with the staff, especially Mr. Luke Harper. I got into the truck I wanted and felt I was done very fair on my trade in. Top notch group. The finance manager Jacob was very professional and covered everything with precise detail. First time buying a car, I was prepared for difficult, uncomfortable discussions and negotiation but Central Chevrolet got me the deal I wanted without the headache and stress. Ask for Keith. He’s awesome and took great care of me!
Jayden did a great job at getting us into our new car. He was fast and efficient and laid out everything to us. We drove off knowing we had what we wanted at a great price. Everyone was on point and we will definitely be back to do business with this place again.
This dealership has to be one of the worst in the state when it comes to quality service. I was told to bring in my car for repairs on a Friday. I dropped my car off expecting the repairs to be completed but to my surprise I was told late in the day that the part ordered was damaged and my car would need to stay until Monday. This would leave me without a vehicle to drive for the entire weekend so I informed the service person that those conditions were unacceptable and I needed a vehicle to drive. I was then issued a vehicle to drive for the weekend. When I received my vehicle after the repairs on Monday I had to take it back again for the following day for them to correctly, finish restoring my vehicle to its original condition. After finally getting my vehicle back in my possession, I discover that it had been damaged and not even mentioned. I brought it to the service managers attention and was told “If one of my guys had done it, they would have told me.” I believe it will be my last visit to this dealership for service ever again!!!!!!
I had an awesome experience at Central Chevrolet! Ryan got me into the exact vehicle I came looking for and all within a day! While I was there waiting all the people that work there made me feel welcome! Offered me water or sprite. They explained everything to me in a way that anyone could understand. All around wonderful environment and just nice people! I don’t have a single complaint!
I have had my vehicle repaired at Central on two occasions and both times they did an excellent job. Also the actual cost was less than the estimate so they charged me less rather than charging what they quoted like others would do! Great work and honest people!
The service was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and explained in detail what was needed and advised me properly without undo repairs to drive up the cost. Very thankful for that. Very courteous.
Phenomenal, Luke was a special compassionate young man. The owner was most gracious as well as kind. I'm praying that my initial purchase will be shown the same long standing humanity.
Always great service from central. However, I have given 4 stars, only because I’m not sure who the new person is over the service department, but Saturdays have always been first come, first served. Appointments should be kept for through the week. I’m normally in and out on a Saturday because I work during the week. Some people don’t have the capacity to hold to an appointment and need to get there when they can get there on walk in status.
The salesman that worked with me was very helpful. Especially with my concerns and situation. He was very polite. Also answering every question I had for him. I was really happy with my experience of buying a car from them.
