This office deserves more than 5 stars. The office staff is courteous, timely and very professional. Adriana is an absolutely amazing hygienist. She is gentle, efficient and makes your cleaning enjoyable. Dr. Sharma is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about dentistry. I appreciate the time he takes to ensure your dental needs are met and exceeded. I trust Central Coast Dental Care with my smile and you should as well.
Amazing staff! Clean environment. Bilingual staff. Today I had a cleaning that was long over due! The Hygienist, tall Caucasian gentleman was great about it. He took care of me, walked me thru every single step. Carefully removed all unwanted deposits. Gave me really good recommendations for after care. He is so gentle and kind. Please go see him for your next cleaning.
Adriana always cleans my teeth, and I’m super blessed that she is my dental hygienist! She is organized, friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and communicates openly and effectively. She puts you at ease, and this is important especially when you are dealing with dentistry! She should get a raise, and it is well-deserved! Thank you, Adriana!!!
I called to advise traffic was bad and I was running a bit late for my cleaning. I understand that if you’re late you cannot be seen.. however I was in the middle of asking questions about other locations and Myrna was quick to cut me off. I will not be returning to the Seaside location. I called Marina location and was able to get an appt with them. It’s a shame because I absolutely enjoy my cleanings with Tyson. He gets 5 stars every time.
Arriving 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time I was told that I would have to wait because I had not confirmed my Appointment 48 hours in advance. I had, however, confirmed it a week prior and believed that was sufficient. The receptionist said that the office policy required the additional 48 hour confirmation and they had tried to call me yesterday. I told her I don’t answer calls without caller id. She said I should have recognized their number.
my first time back at the dentist in a couple of years and i was anxious to go because of that reason. the staff was very welcoming and overall just very nice it helped calm my nerves- the dr also was very nice and helped me understand what we would have to do moving forward, overall a great visit. At the end i didn’t feel judged or embarrassed and for that i am grateful:
well no one enjoys getting dental work done but these guys really helped out when I needed an emergency visit, same day appointment. finally getting my neglected issues resolved and well, progress is better than letting it get worse. thank you to the friendly staff helping to keep me comfortable and the dentist has a very nice bedside manner even tho it's a chair haha, u know what I mean.
Highly recommend. The combination of chair side manner along with the technical expertise leads to a high value experience. Dr Sharma knows what he is doing and makes sure you do to. Went in for an emergency root canal a few years ago. Crowns on demand btw. Ended up getting my wisdom teeth pulled a few months later because I felt trust 43yr dental nervous male. Had issues again recently, no where else I would go. It’s getting taken care of. And a shout out to the hygienist staff as well. They are on point.
Always an amazing job that the dental work does not take long. But also no pain or discomfort when giving shots or drilling which puts me at ease. The staff is always very friendly.
I did root canal and filling in the office. Before I did this I did not feel pain, but the dentist suggested me to do this, I paid about more than $800, but now I feel very sensitive about these teeth. I think I need to talk to my insurance and to ask another dentist to check again
