Central Coast Self Storage is located at 725 Sheridan Road in Arroyo Grande, California, near the intersection of Sheridan Road and Willow Road/Hwy 1 and just south of Arroyo Grande. We are also located just a few miles west of Nipomo.

We take our name from the beautiful Central Coast which we're proud to serve, and which is situated just under 3 miles to the west of our property, on the other side of the Pismo Dunes.

Our self storage customers love the fact that we don't charge move-in administrative fees or deposits. Each storage unit is cleaned by the management prior to each rental, and pest control is applied. Many of our storage units are drive-up accessible, which make it easy for customers to load and unload their belongings. Each self storage unit has an individual burglar alarm, individual fire sprinkler, and the facility has 24-hour digital video recording that add an extra layer of security. Once you rent, you will have access through our electronic security gate 365 days per year."

Easy access. I love the electronic locks so no more messing with locks or forgetting the key. Sammie is wonderful and can help you get all set up.

We rented two units at Central Coast Storage for our move to Arroyo Grande. The units were competitively priced and the rental incentives made the price especially attractive. The manager, Sammie, was a shining star in an otherwise tumultuous moving experience. She went far beyond the call of duty to ensure everything went smoothly with our locker rentals despite starts, stops and changes in our moving schedule. If you are moving, call Sammie at Central Coast and be assured that storage rental is one area you will not have to worry about.

My extra large unit worked out perfectly for my two phase house move. The overall facility was clean and secure. I found the staff friendly, attentive to my needs and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Additionally I rented their moving truck which made logistics much easier then having to go elsewhere. I can honestly highly recommend Central Coast Self Storage!!

Sammie the manager is professional and very service oriented. We rented a unit for 4 years and it was always secure and the entire facility clean. In addition when we were moving out of the area, Sammie made the process easy and was very helpful in coordinating the process of moving. Great place and manager and I highly recommend it and commend Sammie!

This place is great. I used this place to store my stuff for about 8 months between moves. Very clean and secure. Sammie, the manger, made opening and closing the unit super easy—and was always friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for storage.

I have used Central Coast Storage for over 7 years. It’s been good place to store my belongings. One draw back is the fact that the rent almost doubled over those 7 years. With the reason being upgrades to the security system and other reasons. But nothing effected or made my storage unit any better over seven years that warranted a double in fees. So this was the reason I move my items out the the facility. I would say that if you need a short term place to store your items this is a great place for that. But anything for the long term , I would look elsewhere.

Byron and the staff at Central Coast Self Storage are great!  We moved from Hawaii and needed to store some of our household goods while we learned the area and shopped for a home.  That turned into a two year process, and during that entire time our possessions were safe and secure at Central Coast Self Storage!  If you need storage space and a professional staff to see that your items are safe and secure, go see Byron and the team at Central Coast Self Storage.  You will be glad you did!

Management is amazingly friendly,  their units are clean and easy access.  If you do a partial month they will refund you with no questions ask. I had many other storages but this is the best for far. I highly recommend it.
