Our classes are taught not only for self-defense (kick and punch defense, knife work, multiple attackers) improved physical conditioning and discipline, but also feature the "lessons behind the lessons" -- those valuable pieces of insight which we can apply to life. This is the true value of martial arts today.
CFL Systema was founded by Dr. David Orman. David has been training in martial arts since 1985 and holds black belt rank in 4 other arts and was the first Full Instructor in Systema (from Vladimir Vasiliev). He is the one who brought the art of Systema to the Orlando area.
We train on MONDAY nights at 7pm (at Jessie Brock Community Center) and select Saturdays and special seminars.
