I visited this school last night with my daughter. I was overwhelmed by how happy the kids were here. It really is like one big family. There were no slide looks from girl cliques that we've experienced at many other Pueblo City schools. Even the cheerleaders were friendly & inviting asking with the dance team. It was a very pleasant change and the school itself is very charming. Two enthusiastic thumbs up, Central High!
I had a wonderful high school experience at Central! This school employs great, dedicated teachers and fosters strong school-spirit through the longest-running football rivalry 'The Bell Game' between Central and another local high school, Centennial west of the Mississippi! Belonging to a sport while enrolled is, as far as I'm concerned, the greatest way to enjoy the fellow students and enhance camaraderie. The school even houses a great pool in the basement and all the space you could possibly need for other sports is next door in the District #60 gymnasium. I recommend this school very highly and can't think of any other school in town I would have rather attended! THE BELL RINGS BLUE!
This is an excellent school full of thriving, smart, and creative students and teachers who give 110% every day!! This school is full of students who are one big family, not a bunch of cliques!
When I went to school there back in the day. Which was a long long time ago. Now I don't know, but the building itself is historically designed beautifully. As well as Keating is across the street.
Went to school here. Loved it
the bell rings BLUE!!!!!! always will win
