I went into State College office feeling a little apprehensive, but needless to say, Dr. Richey and Taylor were amazing!! They were so kind and did an awesome job, told me everything as they proceeded to do the root canal and it was a very easy, painless procedure.. Wouldn’t go anywhere else if needed in the future.
From the initial phone call to schedule to my need to call back with questions- everyone at this office was great! So easy to talk to! The actual root canal was far easier than I expected. It was apparent that all staff just wanted me to be at ease. Thank you!
I had the best experience I have ever had with any dental appointment. Dr.Salor performed a root canal. Alaina was the dental assistant. I have never felt more relaxed. They both made sure I was ok throughout the procedure as well as informing me of what they were doing. I also had an amazing welcome as soon as I walked in the door and was even told where the restroom was just in case I needed it. If I couldn’t give 100 Stars I definitely would. Thank you for an amazing experience
I just had a root canal done by Dr. Saylor assisted by Taylor. It was a very positive experience. Their patience and kindness and humor were superior! I would highly recommend them for any Endodontics treatment!
Great staff and services. Everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in so much pain before my root canal. I had Dr Richey who spoke calmly throughout the procedure. He and his assistant had a very calming presence. The procedure was painless and much quicker than I expected. My trip to State College was well worth it. I would highly recommend Central Pennsylvania Endodontics, LLC.
The first time I've ever had a pleasant experience having dental work done. I've never felt fully numb before so I was very scared. They made sure I was good-to-go, and I was very comfortable the whole time.
Very pleased with office staff and dentist. They are kind, friendly, helpful with a beautiful clean office. Doctors and staff are truly there to help with all questions and concerns and they explain everything step by step. I consider myself rather lucky to have found a dentist that truly cares.
Spent allot of money getting a root canal. Ended up having to have the tooth pulled because it was cracked. I am thinking a permanent filling possibly would have saved it and it would not have cracked more. While every one at the facility was nice and knowledgeable, I wish I would have saved my money and went with a permanent tooth. Called the office 3 times and they said they would issue some type of refund but to date haven't heard or received anything. It's been weeks.
I want to give a Big shout out to the staff at Dr. Saylor's office. First and foremost, thank you Theresa for the great referral. To Bev & Joy.....what a friendly greeting upon entering the office. Taylor..... thanks for being so kind and gentle when taking my x-rays. Thank you Dr Saylor for your patience and detailed answers to my many questions!! What a great office !!
Just had a root canal done. I never had one before but I’d have to say that it went as well as a root canal can. The staff was very polite, prompt and the doctor explained everything as he went which made me feel very comfortable. It was as good as a root canal can be. A+
