Note: Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Central Pine holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.
Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Central Pine does not offer any of their own warranties and we are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for off-road use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly, not through Central Pine.
Used Parts
Any used parts sold by Central Pine are sold AS IS. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns for used parts purchased through Central Pine. It is the customer's responsibility to research and inspect any used parts before making a decision to buy.
Returns , cancelled orders & damage by third party shippers;
Returns and cancelations of any used parts are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Returns or cancelations of new parts are not allowed, a deposit put down to order new parts is non refundable as we cannot return the parts to the manufacturer, these items may be made to order and take anywhere from 4 to 6 months to be made and shipped by sea to our shop in California where we distribute by ground to our customers, actual delivery time can change due to the manufacturer delay or by third party shippers. It is up to the customer to contact us for updates on their order, and they are welcome to do so.
