New funeral director Brad talked to me like a car salesman, while arrainging my Moms cremation. It was horrible and frustrating, especially since it is the only place to go locally. I appreciated the older director Brad Baird who was compassionate and caring when my Brother passed in 2014. We were given private time with him during the cremation process to say goodby. With my Mom, this new guy not only stood nearby in the room, the entire time, but charged me an extra $350 to be able to see her one last time. I was told the charge was for preparing her for viewing. She was exactly in the same state she was in when she was picked up at our home, still wrapped in the sheet they rolled up around her to pick her up and take her away. Absolutely no change, no preporation. Sadly this director oversees most of the funeral homes around the area because a company bought them all a few years ago. I would have to go completely out of the area if needed again. What a shame this guy is, especially at such a vulnerable time. This is not the way to run a funeral home, of all places. He takes full advantage in your weakest state. And as far as I know, there's no one to report him to.

Baird memorial helped us out 2 years ago, when my Mom passed away, and then again 2 months later when my father in law passed away. They pretty much did everything for me, helped me and held my hand throughout. They were all very compassionate. I cant say enough good. THANK YOU!

Unfortunately, my mother passed away in January of 2021, but fortunately for me there was Brad and Stephanie at Baird to hello me make all of her arrangements without any funds to do so. Brad is willing to help you with everything you need. Don’t hesitate going to talk with them, they will help you every step of the way.

Sally at the La Pine location is absolutely amazing to work with professionally & personally. My Grandma used them for my Grandpa's cremation. They were very kind to her. I worked with them for cemetery purchases. My Grandma made rearrangements with them but moved. They helped with the cemetery portion & everything was perfect. I work & a Funeral Home & Cemetery & they met & exceeded all of my expectations. Thanks Sally & staff!

Great customer service and very personable. Brad made me feel so comfortable which made a very emotional process a lot easier. He was very efficient, organized and supportive.

My family and we’re well pleased with the service they provided for my husband recently! They’re helping with the memorial items for family members and have been wonderful to handle everything professionally and caring of our grief to make things as comfortable as possible!

The staff were helpful and compassionate to my mom and I but did not return dad's personal items and told us he didn't have any. Disappointed to know the people that you choose to care for your loved one is capable of stealing items that could of meant a lot and hold so many memories

Not happy with the services we recieved, 2 months and we are still waiting for my mom's certificates, when questioned about them, we were told they were sent over a month ago, 2 addresses no dilivered certificates. They were great till we paid.

They took care of our Dad 2 years ago. We were beyond pleased with everything . Very compassionate and caring. Highly recommend them
