I had the pleasure of working with Jewel Robinson! I need a letter for my job and she happily sat and wrote the letter! She stayed with me on the phone until it was sent! Which was so important as I had been trying to get one for the past 3 days prior before she finally helped me! She also was so great about taking my call a second time this morning to send me another letter with all the information that I needed! I can not say enough about her kindness and willing to help! He also worked with my payment schedule as well as the amount I’d be willing to pay. Overall a great experience.

No one likes having to deal with these types of things, but Jim Hayward was awesome to work with. He was courteous and plainly laid out our options so that my husband and I could discuss the best plan to tackle our hospital bill and provided a phone number to get back to them on how we would like to proceed. I called and spoke to a gentleman that was very condescending. I was so unhappy that I called back because I knew his service was unacceptable. When I called the second time, I spoke to Ms. Melissa H, and she was the best. Melissa was very understanding and patient as she listened to my concerns. She apologized for my previous telephone call and promised to help me. Thats exactly what she did. I was able to pay off 2 accounts. That’s Melissa for setting the bar high on customer service. Dealing with a collection agency is never ideal but you made it worth the call. Thanks a bunch and you’re a blessing to this company!!
