My son was treated so well here from receptionist, to dental assistant to the Dentist she was so kind understanding with my sons dental needs i really would recommend this place to bring your kids they actually listen and care. My son will finally get his teeth fixed very happy
I took my 3-year old recently and everything was great. Dr. Neil was very good with my daughter and his assistant Melissa was great. Very polite and helpful. I totally recommended!
This review is specifically for the front desk customer service we received. We have gone with both doctors for years and we loved them. I recently called in to schedule my children’s six-month well child visit, and the receptionist was rude. I called in March since they were due in April and she stated the soonest was August. I had called previously and they told me I would need to call back for April and now she stated it would be August. I tried explaining I could divide my kids appointments individually, but she was very dismissive and rude. I asked to get my youngest daughter in if they had anything sooner to make sure her tongue tie hadn’t reconnected, and again she reiterated it would be in August. I asked to speak to the manager and she stated they were not there. I have sent everyone I know to this doctors office because of how great the doctors treated my children. The front desk customer service really ruined me of coming back.
CWPD is the first and only dentist I’ve taken my 3 and 1 year old to and we feel so privileged to have such a wonderful place take such great care of our kids. The staff and Dr. Neal always make it a fun experience for my kids always leaving them excited for their next appointment. Not to mention that it’s such a great feeling when your family medical provider remembers you and your family every time you come in. We look forward to continuing our appointments with Dr. Neal and staff.
After a horrible experience at my daughters previous dentist when she was 3 years old, we were very apprehensive about this visit. From the moment I scheduled the appointment I was impressed with the follow through and ease of registration as a new patient. They even inquiries about previous dentist experiences and how that affected my child. The office visit itself was incredible! Even the receptionist made a point to speak directly to my child and help her feel comfortable. The hygienist we saw was gentle and patient and answered all of my child’s she’s 6 and very inquisitive questions as did Dr. Neal. I cannot stress how relieved I am that I found this office!! We also were scheduled quickly and did not wait more than a few days to be seen.
The team at CWPD is great! They are completely outfitted with everything pediatric, and most importantly, all the staff are super kind and gentle. My daughter was traumatized at her first dental appointment when she was 1 & that was when we changed to Dr. Neal and Amy. They helped her get over her fear of letting anyone near her mouth, and they have taken incredible care of her ever since. They have always gotten back to me when I had questions between appointments. I am so glad they started their clinic here in Central WA. They are a wonderful asset to our community.
The consultation was very professional and they were quick at getting us in. They made an appointment for us the next day after I called and fixed my babies lip and tongue tie. They were very patient with us in explaining things and having my toddler in the room being rowdy. The dentist did the procedure fast and the woman who talked to us before taking baby to the back assured us that she would be “mama bear” back there and make sure she is okay. She also helped me and my boyfriend calm our nerves bc we were so nervous about the procedure and got back to me for questions I had hours after. They send you a text hours after the procedure seeing if you have any questions and asking how the baby is doing.
Not sure how to rate this place. I was referred here from regular dentist clinic because they had a sooner date to treat my 4 year old...But when the wait was almost 3 hours after my appt time...umm not convenient at all. ALSO I really dislike that for more intense appt other than a cleaning, Parents CANNOT go back with the kids.. the male assistant dentist hugged and took my 4 year old crying, not sure how I felt about that. After kid wakes up they make you go park in the back to take your kid using the back door, seems kinda off.. When he was done, his mouth was so bloody! I've never seen that with my other kids. I know that kids are put to sleep to make process doable, but they still need to be careful with them. My poor babies lips where so swollen probably from them opening his little mouth to extremes. Most likely not going back.
I absolutely Love and highly recommend Parker orthodontist! They make appointments so fun and the atmosphere is just amazing for kids ! My girls absolutely love going to the dentist ! I would high recommend Parker orthodontist to everybody I know . Keep it up! You guys are doing absolutely amazing
Dr. Neal and his staff are absolutely amazing. Whether for a routine checkup or an emergency visit like today, they are always so attentive and great with both of my kids. The follow-ups and check-ins after an appt take it to the next level. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
