I was an emergency case and they got me in within 1/2 hour. I had an abscess with a tooth that had a root cancel done 5 months earlier. The staff and doctor were so kind, reassuring and kept me informed as what was going on with the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable. If I have any further problems in the future, I would not hesitate to see them again. Thanks for the great care.
Got 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed literally hours ago and cannot believe how I was treated by one of the nurses. Got absolutely NO information about the procedure beforehand, and then when I was very nervous and tried to ask them to explain what would be happening, one nurse got very impatient and spoke very rudely to me. The other nurses I saw were fine, and the surgeon was fine as well, but I felt incredibly dismissed and like my feelings were not valid at all. After the procedure, the staff didn’t even tell me to bite down on the gauze in my mouth, so I bled all over my clothes until my dad could help me when we got home. Hope I never have to to back to this place - unhelpful and unprofessional, honestly.
Scheduled a wisdom tooth surgery extraction about 2.5 months in advance. Everything was great up until the surgery date, even received a couple confirmation calls ahead of time which was a helpful reminder. Less than 24 hours before the date, I got a call from their scheduler saying she booked the appointment with the wrong doctor and that I had to reschedule for another date. Extremely disappointing and a waste of my time, as well as my money, since I took a day off work for nothing and would have to do so again if I wanted to continue. While the staff are friendly and the facility is happy to take your money, it seems there's a issue of paying attention to details. Would not recommend.
This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. It was gonna be a half year before I could get in anywhere else to have a urgent wisdom tooth extraction done. I was in so much pain. They got me in less than a month and a half. And we’re so kind and caring the entire time. Thank you so much centrasota!!! I am more grateful than you will ever know. Was totally worth the 2 hour drive.
I recently received care at the St Cloud facility by Dr Stine and his very competent staff. I was totally impressed by their professionalism in every aspect of my visit. Dr Stine greets you with a firm handshake and eye contact while explaining the process down to the smallest detail. His nurse Steph was also very helpful in getting me to relax as they prepared me for my procedure. If you need any kind of oral treatment I would highly recommend Centrasota Oral Surgeons as the place to get it done.
An emergency extraction , had to work me in to standing schedule ; was stunned when staff called my name within minutes of arriving. All staff including physicians were courteous, professional and respectful. Explaining required steps both before and after procedure. Well done , please keep up the great work. I came in with a drug sensitivity that they took care of right away. The staff was extremely helpful and caring to make sure I got taken care of. Christine and Morgan were super and Dr. Welander explained every step of the process which made me feel comfortable. They did an excellent job!!
Dr. Kennedy was absolutely awesome! He was very professional and took the time to even share some tips on medical school with my son who may be interested in pursuing medicine as a career. The nursing staff were excellent in communication status post surgery and provided written directions for medication , expectations, etc. Thank you! Tonya Milejczak
Nov 2022 Dr Stine and staff were a 10.5 out of 10 for my first-time dental implant. They were very thorough and explained the process, treatment and answered all of my questions with the professionalism you expect but the caring and empathy you need whenever having any surgery. Each experience here that I and my family have had over the years has been extraordinary. June 2022 Dr Pena, nurses and staff were all very informative, caring and thorough and took the time to fully answer questions and make sure you had a full understanding of your treatment and recovery. And they followed up same day as promised! Everything went exactly as planned. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of professional care.
I had an abscessed tooth & they got me in the same day. Unfortunately they had to extract 3 teeth & had the on-call surgeon do the extraction. With a little pain, the extraction went fine. If there is an infection, the pain medication doesn't work as well &, as I stated, there was minimal pain. The surgeon and staff did great and it was much appreciated.
