Great prices. Far better than any other cinema nowadays. Matinee tickets on weekends are only $6. Great staff as well. Highly recommend.
Usually I'd give this place a solid 4-star; they're efficient, friendly, and the theatres and bathrooms are always clean. They're pretty accommodating as well; I have a dairy allergy and naturally can't have their buttered popcorn, and have asked their permission to let me bring in my own non-dairy kettle corn, and to my surprise, they have allowed that. I've watched several movies and have received permission from multiple managers and workers. Yesterday I went to see the new Spiderverse movie and brought my kettle corn in like usual, and again asked and obtained permission from the clerk, so it wasn't like I was being sneaky and smuggling it in. I waited for the showtime, and a young thin blonde lady I had never seen before came out and grumpily told me to remove it. I explained the situation but was happy to oblige, however, she talked down to me like I was stupid or lying. She said she'd be surprised if any other manager ever gave me permission, and dismissed my story altogether. I'm not leaving this review because I was denied my kettle corn; I understand the theatre business and I assume this is just a new employee ignorant of my past relationship with the staff, but I don't appreciate the hostile and impolite nature of this woman's language. Dealing with her was rather unpleasant.
For being the only theater in Burley, can't expect them to be nice. Long lines, not efficient. $14 for two tickets on a Thursday night. Update: This SUCKS! Movie times are GARBAGE. You have a kids move play at 7 and 9 pm.....kids need to be in bed! Phone system is GARBAGE. Can hardly understand your guy. Website is GARBAGE. You can't even display movie times. Another theater needs to open so you have to start producing quality.
I have been going to this theater for as long as I can remember. The owner is such a good person and was always willing to donate to my elementary school raffles when I was younger. I’ve never met any staff there that was blatantly rude. It’s a good price a good experience!
Very considerate staff, good prices, and good popcorn. Nice little theater recently renovated. Lines to get in are not long at all and the drinks and popcorn are listed at a good price. Worth the visit!
The staff here are all great. Comfortable seating. Amazing prices.
The prices were well spent less than $30 for 3 tickets and we order a Water bottle, a bucket of popcorn and candy, and 2 cokes and it was around less than $25. We went to see Antman at 715pm some noisy teenage girls wouldn't be quiet throughout the whole movie. My Daughter and husband were getting frustrated. I on the other hand can tune out people.
I have visited this theatre hundreds of times…literally! It’s locally owned and I just love it! The staff is friendly, the theatre is clean & they keep up with the latest in seating and sound. All of the screens are big and you sit back from them, as you’d expect in a movie theatre, unlike some of the theaters you find in renovated mall spaces. I would highly recommend.
Nice big screen for the main feature. Well stocked snack bar and drinks.
HORRIBLE customer service. My family of four arrived 40 min early to make sure we got decent seats. The cashier even told us there were 100 seats available. Theater management allows customers to cut and push and because we weren’t ignorant and we were being patient all these young adults show up and start pushing their way to the front of the waiting line. Long story short by the time we were able to get into the theater all that was left were front seats which give me motion sickness. So we decided we would watch a different movie if available or ask for a credit for another day. The cashier girl said she needed to get the manager to get us a credit, but the guy that came up to us maybe the owner was so rude and condescending. His EXACT words were “are there still seats available or no”. He also tried to lie and say it was sold out and we kept others from seeing the movie which I know to be false. There is a way to speak to people with respect, however this guy wanted to fight. He was delighted to tell us no and that he didn’t care. I am so disappointed that in our small community where we have all rallied to keep these small business running in this pandemic, this is how we were treated. This guy did NOT CARE one way or another if he lost customers. I am a big believer in the Law of Attraction. What you put out in the world will come back. So because of how awful these people are, that is why my family and I will never go back. We would rather spend the extra time and money to go to Twin Falls or Pocatello****Just found out it WAS the owner. What a poor example to his employees and community.
