Amazing complex, very close to work and my school. The Manager Erika and the assistant Veronica are on top of everything.They had a BBQ food truck come out this week for us.Loved it! and the back to school pool party event was very nice of them. I was skeptical about maintenance being available 24/7, my ac went out at night and they answered me quickly and got it fixed asap. Very good service.

Looking for a new place to live can be exhausting, but Veronica made me feel right at home. She took her time to show me a model and explain what is all included in the lease. Most apartments don’t they just go straight to asking for a deposit. Moving here has been the best decision I made. Thank you Veronica for always helping out for everything :

This apartment complex is one of the best. The staff here is amazing. Veronica and Erika has made our transition very smooth. If you're looking for a great place to live come here. You won't be disappointed.

I'm originally from Illinois and I've been living here for a couple months. I can confidently say this is my new home and I don't want to go back to Illinois. They are very quick to fix any issues you may have and they have really nice appliances. If you need a place to stay, I recommend here and Veronica will be there to help guide you all the way.

2 years living here, it is a very quiet and nice community. Love that the gym is available 24/7, pool is always clean and property looks good. Erika and Veronica are always avaible to help in the office even thru email after hours. Maintanace gets the job done asap.

I love my apartment and the office staff has been so wonderful to me anytime I need something. I definitely recommend living here they keep it very clean and it is ver quiet here. Best apartment complex !!!

It's been good since day one. I moved in April, and maintenance guys are quick to solve any issues. This is a friendly community. Veronica is nice and helpful. I'm glad I chose Century Park Apartments

I just left this place. I am glad that I did not move here. I was out of town and my grandfather applied here. I toured the apartments once before last year and earlier this year. I could not apply because I did not have my ID at the time. I only had a temporary ID. My grandfather informed me that he toured apartment 1A #707 because that's how they have it listed online. The lady in the office is lazy and has a bad attitudeshe was making upsetting facial expressions. She did not want to do her job. She told me there isn't an apartment 1A. which there isn't but there are units under 1A listed online. She was looking confused as if she never heard of 1A. I don't know maybe she's new? She was upset that I was interrupting her talk time with a male. She asked me an ignorant question "why did he apply for you?" Why does anyone co-sign for people? In this case,I was going to be on the lease as well after I received my new ID. I came there looking for my mailmy ID. I had my mail forwarded there in hopes of moving there soon. She told me I could not apply with a temporary ID. I did not plan on applying with my temp! Although,that's as good as the real ID...the DMV gives that to use. People should accept it everywhere according to them She was just being a you know what! Anyway,My mistake for having my mail forwarded so soon. My grandfather told me he toured the place and was approved. The lady told me he was not in the system. I think that is not the truth. She just did not want to do her job. Her mind was on the guy that she was talking toI guess. I was very frustrated today and discombobulated but I exhaled and asked TMH to keep me relaxed. I do not like dealing with certain people. I am glad that I changed my mind because I would not want to deal with her ever again. I hope TMH changes her heart/mind. She doesn't have a good spirit. I know that immediately after interacting with a person. She is not very helpful either. I guess the kind of people unprofessional/ghetto working at places are aligned with the condition of apartments/houses etc. Those apartments are not completely up to part and not the best looking. I will go with my first optionluxury apartments close to Katy. I don't know the lady's name but you will know her when you see her. She has a bad vibe along with a bad attitude. I am assuming she's the manager. She has long eye lashes and in the tribe12 tribes of Issachar. According,to the bible they are dodo and that's exactly what they act like. As if they do not have a clue! Judges 10:1 kjv

Love this place Absolutely love living at Century Park! Very quiet and nice community. Convenient location close to everything airport, shopping centers, main highways. Maintenance staff always do an amazing/Excellent job. -

So glad we found this place! Veronica was really kind and helpful in the moving process. She made a great job! Also, Erika is always helpful and polite. Even maintenance team here are good people. Definitely recommend a peaceful and nice place to call home.
