I could br wrong but they have changed since i started working there. Certain depts have no idea wth they are doing. They seem to want to please clients but dont really care about the happiness of the employees anymore. Going downhill. Clients are clueless as to what is really going on a upper management needs to know the truth about how unhappy certain ppl are there. Once you open your mouth and express feelings...they either ignore you or make you feel as though you are making a big deal over nothing.
Deceptive hiring is a huge problem. Job posting stated that the position was a remote position but then they made me fly to the office in The Colony kept my airline tickets as evidence and they continued to plan future trips. I got reimbursed for travel costs, but shockingly the check bounced. They issued another check but I was charged a bounced check fee which they did not reimburse me for. A really odd thing I noticed was that my actual job title versus the job title that was displayed in Paycom were different. My coworkers titles in Paycom matched perfectly though. They do not train new employees here and the hiring director was not willing to put up with supporting a new hire. Micromanagement was a concern there because we were asked to provide a detailed list of tasks that we were working on instead of being treated like adults. The good reviews that you see online are all fake because they were all posted by current employees who serve in upper management for example, JulieAnne Lillie, Head of Culture, posted a positive review LOL.
Terrible place to work at, bunch of liars and deceivers who are trying to get you to work for them for as little as possible, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! They never gave me my full last paycheck and stole my money from me.
Hardly ever use but whenever I do there is an issue. Then when you call you are told they will take a message and have someone call you back and they never call back
Do not work here. If you have them as your PBM I feel sorry for you. Worst prescription rates. Worst handling of their clients members. Worst training. Trainer spent more time in production and meetings than in the class. Then you're expected to know everything without being provided resources or proper training. The customers are typically anger and I don't blame them. Very bad practices. Not resolution based at all. They can retain anyone out of training cause they're HORRIBLE!!!
Horrible company!! I have been on the same medication for three years consistently. I have now been fighting over one month to get my medication approved. NOTHING has changed, but they come up with new "rules" and continue to find excuses to deny my prior authorization again and again. I guess they would rather their patients die instead of approving their medication. Big pharma at it's finest!
Won't pay for any prescription that is even a tad bit expensive. My doctor wrote for Aimovig and Nurtec. Both have been denied because Cerpass claims they are not safe to be taken together. Aimovig was denied first and never filled, they know that since they are the ones that chose to deny it. Nurtec was also denied because they say they can't be taken together. I'm not taking eithe because they've denied both!! The doctor even called and told them I don't take the Aimovig...and they still keep denying the Nurtec. It's like talking to a wall getting them to understand I have never taken Aimovig and don't plan to but they still say I should have migraines all the time instead of letting me get Nurtec.
WORST company. Employees are mistreated. The CEO/CFO hire people from other PBM that they worked for even when there is a non compete agreement. Contact center is mismanaged with a high turnover. This company lie to their clients about what is really happening. Stay away for these people!!
The employees are nice, but the hours of operation are unreasonable for a company expanding to other time zones. Their message leaving option when you call after hours just disconnects you.
