Certa Pro did a great job all around on my job in Dallas. They painted the interior walls and trim for all rooms in my Townhome. They were fair in pricing the work and working out misc items that need ed patch or repair prior to painting. They started right after I approved their quote. The crew stayed on the job every day until the work was completed. Communication was excellent on anything that came up during the job. The work quality was fantastic all the way around. The place looks great. Would highly recommend.
I requested a second coat to be applied once an area was done with one coat, as per the contract. I called but went to voice mail, did not get a return call so I told one of the painters but they didn't do it. They were supposed to have shown up on Monday, took the day off, but it was a no show. They showed up on Tuesdays, taking another day off What work was done was good but it would've been even better if a second coat was done as requested.
We have used CertaPro for over 3-4 separate projects over the past decade. Recently, Maidelys and her team Hector and Junior did an amazing job in our office! We had a ton of new wood shelving and carpentry that they painted beautifully. We also had our high walls painted. What I loved was that they took the time to do it right and professionally no rushing through which had to be done over the course of several days. Just make sure everything gets taped because the spray paint really can get through open cracks and cover everything you didn’t think it would. Maidelys was extremely professional and really listens to your needs and provides great insights, suggestions, and compromises. Thank you CertaPro!
Maidelys, Samuel, and Alvero were fantastic! They worked so hard. My bathroom had three layers of wallpaper to remove. And the drywall was super damaged. They fixed it all and the peeling in the skylight. The walls look like new. I’m so beyond happy with my yellow ceiling in our sun room. The pictures don’t do it justice, but the whole room glows. It was a great experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend CertaPro of Richardson.
