I set up an appointment to get an estimate for a handful of painting projects throughout my home. I received a prompt call and email confirming my appointment date and time. During my appointment, the owner, Adrian, was very helpful with the whole process – which sheens to select, small details like patching up a couple doors, etc. I very much appreciate the knowledge and experience he has, and how that translates to a job well done and a likelihood to hire again. Jessy was also very helpful with scheduling and if I needed any additional information. While this wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, it also wasn’t the most expensive. I am always willing to pay a little more for those that make me feel confident I’m making the right choice.  Our project took two days to complete. Simon and his team/family love that showed up promptly at 8am both days, and stayed past 5pm on the first day just to complete a part of the project. He purchased a color-match paint for me and it is perfect, so I appreciate that effort as well. On the second day, Adrian himself showed up to check in on everything and make sure everything was going smoothly and how I wanted it. The end result of every part of these two days was perfect. Each room looks amazing and any holes that needed patching don’t even look like they were ever there! They did SUCH a good job, I love it!  There’s no doubt in my mind that if we have any additional projects that we would contact CertaPro Severna Park for their superior services.

Quality work at a fair price. Would definitely recommend CertaPro painters. The old rotted window frames now look brand new. They are coming back in the near future to do our next project.  VictorService:&nbsp;Exterior painting

Another Update: It has been a few months since we had certapro come "fix" the original mess. We continue to find paint splattered on floors, windows, bannisters. I would absolutely not book them ever again. The small discount that we had to ask for is not enough for the headache and poor execution by them.  Update: Jessy from Certapro reached out to us in regards to our project. They sent a different crew out and fixed our areas of concern. We appreciate the customer service and patience from all of the certapro staff. Luis is amazing!  My fiance and I booked them to paint the interior of our townhouse. Tim the sales guy was great! The work was sloppy and unacceptable. Paint on doors and trim, drip marks, missed holes that were supposed to be filled in. We had them come back to fix it, and it still looks awful. We will fix it ourselves and save the headache. We would not book them again.Service:&nbsp;Interior painting
