Dr. Edwin W. Maldonado, MD is a fellowship trained and Board certified Pain Management specialist by the American Board of Anesthesiology and The American Board of Pain Medicine. Dr. Maldonado's uses the most advanced modalities for the treatment of acute and chronic painful conditions, with the purpose of returning his patients to a healthier and more productive lifestyle.
Dr. Maldonado graduated from School of medicine in Ponce, PR. After an internship in Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore,MD., he completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. He continued his training with a fellowship in Pain Medicine at The University of Maryland in Baltimore, and became a Board certified anesthesiologist in 2005 with Certifications by the American Board of Anesthesia and the American Board of Pain Medicine in 2006.
After working in private practice for 10yrs, Dr. Maldonado founded Certified Spine and Pain Care. With multiple locations through Palm Beach and North Broward county, Dr. Maldonado is committed to provide his patients with the highest quality and compassionate care, to eliminate or better manage your chronic pain.
