I live in Eureka and I travel to Ukiah for work for the past 13yrs and there is no Barber in Humboldt that comes close to Cesar or other places in Ukiah that I been too. He's funny friendly straight up guy and once he knows you he will joke around with you.
Cesar is always so fun, friendly with young & old! Insofar as his work, Cesar goes beyond the measure and articulation of any other barber in this town; his customer flow shows this true. Cesar and his little shop is a town icon here in Ukiah. Did I mention how fun Cesar is... BRING YOUR FAMILY!!! Gr8 barber!
Cesar is legit. I buzzed my hair for 16 years, decided I wanted to grow it out. I went to a shop to get a trim and wasnt to happy.. the next time I went to see Cesar and now hes the only person I trust to cut my hair. His experience shows. Thanks Cesar for hooking it up! For this of you who dont know, now you know the place to go!
