Like other reviews, no option to give negative number. As read others, it all happened to me. Although, I must thank you for coming within 10 miles of my place and taking it 40 to 50 miles north of me. Taking it to Southeastern Freight, because set up next day delivery with them and they were here. Your business could learn something from them.
Worst logistic company for delivery, Costco needs to cancel doing business with them I canceled my order,and what do they do , they dropped the item right in front of my garage and left . Now please explain to me how in the world am I supposed to get my car out of garage when the 600 lb package is blocking it.
We at least got our order damaged box, but product was intact, but the shipper had to send a replacement since half the order got lost somehow in Canada. I hope you enjoy sitting on hold, because you'll wait 45 minutes to 2 hours on hold for every call.
Absolute disgrace to humanity. These folks are pitiful and the sorriest logistics company out there. If you want your item damaged or not even delivered just contact Ceva. They do a great job at screwing up and have no clue what to do. Had a shipment set to deliver in April that finally showed up in multiple pieces in July. And I’m currently dealing with another shipment that has been lost.
We ordered a refrigerator it arrived at ceva on the 16th. We called , rude people and were lied to three times that it was on the truck. I finally had to talk to the manager through the company we ordered the refrigerator from and she had to call ceva corporate because they were supposed to come the 28th and no show . She was very polite and said it would be here by 8 that night. He arrived in a Penske truck and got it out . We unwrapped it and it had damage so we had the driver load it back up , this was tonight 4-29-2021. Remember now it’s been at ceva sitting since the 16th. I called the company we ordered it from and got customer service and let her know it’s headed back to ceva . This company is horrible . I told ABT appliances to come and read these reviews.

AMAZON: I gave this company a single star because you cannot give a negative number. You cannot get an answer when you call, and shipments just "disappear." Someone must be having great garage sales.
If I could give zero I would. This was the most bizarre delivery experience I have ever had. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to get a product from Texas to Atlanta. Except turns out it was in Atlanta for a week they just never mentioned anywhere that a delivery needed to be scheduled. Finally get their phone number to figure out where the package is. Spend 3 hours on the phone on hold. Told I needed to call the warehouse directly to schedule a delivery. Ok, interesting that it’s the first time I’m hearing about this but fine. I’ll call. I had to call no 29 timesI have it in my call log before someone answered. And there is no option to leave a voicemail. It just rang then would say nobody is answering and hang up. Finally someone answers. They are minimally helpful and say they will have someone call me back. At this point I’m quite unwilling to let this person off the phone knowing how hard it has been to get in contact with them. They schedule the delivery. For the next day at 8am. Great! Tv shows up. I go to work. My 9 1/2 month pregnant wife is excited to have a tv back and finally leaving me alone about getting the tv for the den. Get home from work. Open the box. Brand new 4000 dollar tv has a giant crack down the screen. I thought my head was going to explode. Aside from the broken TVstuff breaks. I get it the fact that this company is in business is astonishing. The entire way my interactions with them went to schedule a delivery was mind boggling. Amazon. I beg of you. Never use this shipping company again when I order something off your website.
This is the absolute worse delivery company. I have been waiting on a tv for 3 days. Twice I was told it was out for delivery and it was never delivered. No one ever answers the phone. I don't see how they stay in business. I wrote this review earlier. My tv finally showed up at 10 pm. The only good thing about this company is the delivery driver OUSMAN ROBA was his name and he was very very respectful. Called me multiple times to let me know how far he was away. He is the only reason why I gave 2 stars. If any delivery company out there sees this. Try to the the driver and get him to work for you.
I really hate that Amazon even does business with this company. I bought a swing set for my children for Christmas and it was supposed to be here December 27th, 2022 needless to say after 2 weeks fighting with these people and them rescheduling my package over 4 times without me even approving itthen not letting me know they did so and on top of it won't answer phones won't refund any shipping cost for them not delivering it and us having to pick it up 45 minutes away from my home. It's ridiculous!!!!! I'm furious!!!!! If I could give them half a star to no star I would!!!
