My husband and I relocated from Pennsylvania to North Carolina last summer. Our agent, Jennifer Swindell, of Chad Sittig's office, did not disappoint us. She's been very professional, cordial and willing to listen to our areas of concern. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Courtney who works at this office. She was very helpful to me and went out of her way to assist me with a claim issue. She was very courteous, professional and pleasant while assisting me. She provided excellent customer service which is very difficult to find in this day and age. Thank you very much Courtney. You are a credit to your agency.
I had a family friend that previously worked here. I waited two weeks for a quote and then received one for the wrong Lauren C. that had a different middle name and driver’s license number than mine. I informed the member helping me and then waited another month for a correct quote that never came. But, I did receive a nice survey asking me how my service experience was and how informative the policy breakdown on my quote was… nice joke State Farm. I really wish I could say my experience was good but it was definitely the opposite.
Dawson was amazing! He was so professional and patient with answering all my questions. He was able to give me better coverage and explained it all in a way I could understand. I was with my last company for close to 30 years so I was a little hesitant, but Dawson's kindness made it easy to switch! I highly recommend contacting him for your insurance needs!
Our old homeowners policy had become unaffordable. A friend recommended Chad Sittig's office. Dawson did a great job, helping us to switch our home, auto and umbrella policies. He is very knowledgeable and provided timely responses to our questions. As a result, we feel like we have a much better understanding of insurance options in eastern NC. With his help, we were able to get policies that better suit our needs and we are also saving money.
Worthless. Sent to a mechanic “from their list”, mechanic took 2 months to return vehicle, had to return it, still isn’t fixed. First time I tried to get assistance from State Farm they told me “it’s my own prerogative” if I want to get it inspected. The second time I called, I asked to “make an appointment with Chad about my claim” and was told “he doesn’t do that”. My next phone call is corporate.
Been with Chad's office for a number of years now. I've dealt with Dawson and Tracey personally multiple time, and have had excellent service each and every time. They are professional, knowledgeable, and willing to jump through hoops to help get you on the road with the coverage you need!! I highly recommend this agency for anyone looking for an insurance provider!!
I've been with Chad Sittig state farm for some years but I've never had a problem with anything as long as I've dealt with them. I want to thank Dawson. He's very nice and he took care of me within mins of me calling. Very quick. EVERYBODY THEIR IS AMAZING. THANKS GUYS!
Jennifer has been great agent. We became her customer four years ago when we moved here. She is very helpful and takes the time to explain the details of our policies.
I spoke with Dawson who was so kind and reassuring. He helped me pay my bill that had not gone through my regular bill pay method for some reason. He assured me my policy would not be cancelled. He answered all of my questions. He had knowledge of my policy and truly was a calming presence in a stressful situation for me. Thank you Dawson!
